Wooooow, I was nervous while I was reading this chap.

i have to say, Nishi pwned there. i expected Nishi to go into stealth mode and get the hell out of there and leave the fighting to Takashi. or at least watch the fight from a distance in stealth mode. but no, he stayed and fought and killed a lot of aliens. i expected more from Takashi though, only taking out 1 alien? i hope Takashi and the Gantz-men made it out or survived the blast somehow.

I think Nishi would have used the stealth if he wasn't so surprised by the situation, and this was one of those moments when stealth mode was the one of the ways to avoid a near-death situation.

Even if they could see him after that with that weird helmet of theirs, then he should have jumped from the window from the very beggining, but this was an ambush so i guess he couldn't think right.

BTW, those spidermen could explode themselves to cause lethal damage, Takeshi couldn't fight more because his suit was ruined when one of the spiders blew up.

Now, i'm really worried about Takeshi...i don't see how he could survive such explosion...and i don't think Nishi jumped with him on his arms. Gantzman probably closed the ball so he could avoid damage...hey maybe Gantz dragged him inside too!

I don't know...i don't think any single room of the apartment is not now in ruins.

Anyway, who transfered the gantz team and why there? they say it's a weird place for such an advanced city (it's still the giant's city).

Very intense chapter. Tons of action, and with actual consequence as well. The last stable thing in the world of Gantz is now gone.

I think Nishi probably grabbed Takashi. He's drawn at too convenient of a angle for it to not be the case. I'm guessing Gantz transferred the team at random in desperation since the apartment wasn't a viable option. Who knows if he survived. Seems more probable that he did. Very good looking chapter as well. The bugs didn't look too "collage-y" this time.

Also worried about Takeshi; the last time we see the ball on page 16 it is still clearly open, it doesn't look like the guy inside gantz has any controll on the ball whatsoever anymore , i'm also going with Nishi taking him since he is clearly holding something on his hands (could also be a Weapon though...)

In Page 3 there is an announcement about Gantz-Osaka and the number 3, does this mean that there will be another Osaka chapter? it would be an interesting twist if (with the Tokio Ball hacked/destroyed) they start using the Osaka Gantz Ball from now on.

What i'm wondering is how did they hack the Gantz Ball? did they do it on their own or did they get help from one of the other parties like:

-The Rich/Elite Guys, they kidnapped one of the Aliens after all.
-The Vampires, blondie and the girl are actually enemies of the Gantzers, speak the common language and know were the Tokio Ball is.
- Sebastian, I'm sure this guy will make a comeback sooner or later

However it is , they being transfered to a empty place inside the city smells like an ambush, very good chapter indeed.

Haven't posted in a while because I was disapointed with the plot... Doubt anyone remembers a lurker like me. (haha)

Aw man, the whole chapter made me nervous. This time I'll actually be SAD if the kid dies, unlike the Tanaka mission...
The whole chapter I was mentally prearing myself on each page because I thought they were both going to die.

That group or seb must of hacked in, they thought so this room is the one with the rebels then sent captured aliens. It look to me that Nishi saved Takashi because look where his arms are when his in midair, sure you would do that to protect yourself from the glass but there is no need with the gantz suit, kurono would jump out a window has his arms out.
Nishi the page before the jump was saying something to Takashi so it would show a human/hero side of him to save takashi. Man though Nishi's face look ulgy in this chapter (which is good) he did good but yeah there was more than six aliens xD

The announcement of Gantz/Osaka is just and add of the 3 books. Nothing new.

If the Tokyo Ball was hacked then that's it, i don't think gantzman can't do anything to help when someone else is controling it's functions. If he survived the explosion along the ball, then i smell too an ambush because the tokyo team can't be transfered (as far as we know) by any other ball and if the enemy hacked the system then they could have transfered them to a location to ambush them.

I just wonder how fu**ed up the situation is. If they could hack the tokyo ball then they can hack any other ball in the world, meaning the gantz teams around the world are in danger right now. Maybe the aliens hacked the main base in germany?

The only solution i see is that the Zaibatsu guys and groups like them have norton in their balls and can prevent any kind of hacking. If they don't, then they are in the same situation...even worst because they have like 8 balls and they can transfer like 40 monsters in seconds.


I don't think the zaibatsu hacked the tokyo sphere, if they did why would they want to destroy the Tokyo Ball and the Tokyo Team? Why would they waste soldiers now that they have control again?

They would be doing what they did to those who disagreed to fight for them so they just blew their heads off. They prob have noticed how they cannot transfer them anymore so they tried a attack. If it isn't them then it's gonna be something epic, This chapter was so fast and cool.

Awesome Nishi, Awesome Takeshi! they did their best against the kamikaze aliens. I almost stood up when I reached the big explosion page!

But they know already the teams want them death...i mean, who wants a bunch of greedy bastards to run their lifes? I don't think they ever thought they would be loyal, that's why they planted the bombs on their heads.

And if they hacked the tokyo ball they could transfer them by using the tokyo ball itself, and put the bombs in the same way.

Anyway, at the end the tokyo team was transfered, and if the tokyo ball was the only one that could do that, was this one of the "hackers" orders or the gantzman order?

At first I thought it was Kurono who immediately arrived on the 2nd/3rd double page
This chapter was soooo intense ! Good to see Nishi kicking some alien butt. So much for stealth mode, I guess he was too confused.
I think the next chapter will have the Japan team + naked people dealing with some danger, be it straw abominations or giant soldiers.
