Frankenstein may have struck a deal with the devil to get his power?

Hmmmm.... !!
What if Frankie was bitten by the Ole Lord's Lord? The OLL was injured and Frankie offered his blood?
Then Frankie gains Noblesse like powers and comes to resemble the lord's own Kin?
i.e. This is why Frankie looks the previous Lord. a.k.a. looks like the son/heir of the Lord whom he saved.

I did jump back and forth recklessly hoping spoilers would convey excluded ideas. I failed.

The links leading to Chapter 179 & 180 were meant to let people drool over the REAL Ragnarok.
The point being that, The Sword the Current Lord is Holding, IS A FAKE!!!
And the Nobles don't know the Lord's Soul Weapon is Fake!!!
How in the... Clueless are these Immortals??

I felt the same way at first. But then I see everyone calling her sword by the wrong name!! And I realize her Soul Weapon is FAKE. Her weapon is not like Rael's Grandia & Kertia Clan's Kartas!!!!!!!! Do you not see it? Though their weapons share the soul of the last clan leader, they are still named differently. And his older brother's soul weapon caries all the souls of the other leaders before them. Even though they share one soul, they are named differently because they are physically separate & different weapons!!!

Whatever her blade is... IT IS NOT Ragnarok!!! The Previous lord did not pass on his Soul Weapon or Soul!!!! Major Insult!!! He Dissed his own Heir? So she is lacking the confidence Gejutel-nim notes and the raw power than comes with holding the True Lord's Soul weapon!!!

yup i think i get what happened. The previous lord didn't acknowledge his daughter. So he didn't gave her the weapon.The guys who were loyal to the previous lord knew that he didn't acknowledge his daughter so they made the same. She called them traitor. She couldn't say to the others clans leader that the previous lord didn't acknowledge her, so she made a fake soul weapon.
i think the message that the lord have for Rai is related to all that, so i guess the truth may be revealed in front of the others clan leader, can't wait

What an unbelievably epic chapter!.

This chapter just shoved Noblesse to the top of my favorite series list (Naruto has been dethroned).

Apparently one of Raizel's many amazing skills as an ultimate noble is making the most bad-ass entrances of all time. I absolutely CAN'T wait for next week!

Look's like the Dark Spear time limit is about Frankenstein's control of it after all because he's getting stronger not weaker.

This makes me think that perhaps the story about him making a pact with a demon and using dark science and such could all refer to his developing the dark spear(it's certainly "demonic" looking). It seems to me that his normal "darkness" attacks appear to be basically watered down projectile versions of the dark spear.

If so perhaps the dark spear is the very core of his immortality and power.

woah, yeah, You are right. He still has a message to receive, but he also might reveal this Lords dark secret?

But that just caused another idea to drop. What if she doesn't know her Soul Weapon is a fake? What if the previous lord imparted part of his soul to the sword she is holding, told her it was the real sword, and she is just like the rest not knowing better?

Rai hasn't revealed his soul weapon yet. And he said he can't use the one the lord bequeathed him. But he also said upon finding that sword in his mansion that he would have to move it. I wonder if Rai would reveal the True Sword even if he had it with him? Is polite enough that if he believes the Current Lord thinks her's is real he'd keep it a secret? Or would Rai reveal such an embarrassing fact in front of other clan heads?

Dude, I'm so excited by the Two Lords meeting this way I didn't understand your point.
1. The Same place Gejutel-nim is about to be commited to Eternal Sleep.
2. Is the Same Place Rai is about to meet the current lord.
3. Is the same place the previous Lord was entombed.
4. Is the Same place the previous Lord, who wanted Rai to become lord, has left a message for Rai~!! BOOOMhmmmm!

There is a lot of crap due to appear. It's going to take more than one chapter to flush it all out.

Thinking back on the chapter, Rael surprised me quite a bit. While his dialogue were short, he realizes that Franky is out of his league. He deserves some applause finally for understanding that.

It also appears that he is serious in thinking about giving Grandia back to Rajak. Rael might not be a "bleep and bleep" after all. Will it make a difference in the fight if that happens?

Rajak - has caught on pretty quickly that Frankys weapon is not a Soul Weapon and that his evil aura or powers are coming from the weapon .

Kartas *(soul weapons name)- at full power, vs an insane Franky?

Rael does not want his brother to lose. Imagine how many "insanity pills" Rael will need to pop once he finds out that Franky was human?

Could it be that the lords soul weapon is not fake?Suppose that, the current lord gave Raizel, the family heirloom Ragnarok thats been passed down through the lords family for generations.

He cant leave his daughter with nothing especially since she is going to be come the next leader so, he makes a new Soul Weapon that has his power?The current clan leaders would not have seen the original Ragnarok, so they would not know the difference.

Frankenstein:

Just how old is this guy? He is old enough to have legends passed down through the generation in the human world about him.

POSSIBLE SCENARIOS ARE:

*Acquiring powers from the devil...
* Through science....
* I forget the others that were mentioned .

Interesting to note that even Gejutal and possibly the other former clan leaders doesn't know how he did it but Crombell might be close on to it.Franky got their respects because he managed to stand on par with Clan leaders by himself despite being a member of the human race, who were weaklings compared to the Nobles.They didn't even bother mentioning that he was human.

The current lord didn't eve know and Gejtual cautions her about underestimating Raizel the same way.

Amazing....

I'm going to keep the idea that Gejtul is giving the lady lord a test. If she passes the test, she might receive Ragnarok. He might tell her how or where it was placed. If she fails, and kills Gejtual, it will reveal that she wasn't worthy of it and he keeps the secret with him.

My memory may be bad. But I recall Frankenstein making two unusual statements.

“There is only one true Noblesse.”
&
“There are those who pretend to be Noblesse.”

From this it became my secret hunch that Rai, is the only true Noblesse and that he predates even the Lord's line.

I've been trying to say for so long.

There are some theories floating around involving the true identity of Rai. however, the statement above is true evidence that Rai is in fact the first noblesse since the old world. The way he sometime talks abut the human race and how they proressed makes me think he's seen it all.

Yet, people still put him on equal ground with the current lord. Ok Lets reflect a little bit :

Rai can use blood field so does the lord - Yet he's not a Lord

He has the power to awaken people's dormant power ( M21's case) - No other noblesse I think would exhibit such an ability.

He's potent attitude befits something beyond royality. I dare say its godly like.

Honestly I see no other reason for him to decline lordship other than him being beyond that.

He has a special treatement even among the nobles - we've seen his castle.

This is what I think untill proven wrong

as to how this is connected to the chapter, you can think of it as a prediction.

As some of you even mentioned, I also agree with this nice theory, that something like this might happen/already has happened:

What if the old Lord decide to devide his soul weapon in half ???

With this the present Lord and Rai would be equal, each with half of the old Lord's original soul weapon !!!

About control, I believe that Rai, as well as the present Lord would be able to properly use their soul weapons, only after the old Lord shows himself as a hologram and permits to Rai and the present Lord to use their soul weapons.

I also believe that the old Lord secretly wished that his daughter and Rai might be able of rouling together !!!

If possible, deep inside his heart the old Lord might have wanted that Rai and the present Lord would become a couple and later even have kids.

With this the next Lord, would get the strong power from Rai's and the present Lord's soul's and become the ultimate Lord. Nobody would be able to oppose to that person (kid from Rai and the present Lord) !!!

Although I wonder how the present Lord and Rai would match with each other...

The only thing, I see, is something like this:

The present Lord: I will kill you Rai !!! (attacks Rai, with blood power - power used by the strongest Noble's)

Rai: How dare you speek to me like that !!! (defends himself, and also starts using blood power)

I believe right now they are no match for each other...

I know self-praise may stink but I was right about my prediction XD

Maybe Rael will do something like give his weapons to his brother to support him? He's taking a deep glance at his Grandia in one pic so he may have realized something

Now like Charlie I believe there's a high possibility of him doing it if his brother is on the verge of losing the battle (or is nearly killed, who knows what Franky might do in this state). Yet that would likely mean Franky will lose or be consumed by the "Dark Spear", which could result in a big crisis (if this actually happens and Franky goes on a rampage, there's only one person who will be able to stop him.. Rai ).

Gejutel's speech was awesome, looks like he wanted to say all those things for a long time. I consider him the only Clan Leader who's not blindly loyal. Loyal but vigilant/wary.
His story about the Clan Leaders was quite interesting and I completely believe him that their betrayal was due to the current Lord's shortcomings (at least it was the main reason)

My short prediction for the following story:

Rai looks at the present Lord as she wants to force Gajutel in Eternal Sleep.

The present Lord: Tch, even you showed yourself, well I guess you are to late. Gajutel you should die first !!!

BOOM !!! (All clan leaders would fall at their knees from the force.)

Rai uses the Ragnarok and stops the sword from the present Lord. With this Gajutel remains untouched. When both swords clashes with each other, they begin to glow and the old Lord shows himself, as a hologram.

The old Lord: So you, my daughter, and you, "Cadis Etrama di Raizel", you are both here in my shrine at the same time, as I was hoping.

The present Lord: What are you talking? How can you let a traitor like him (referring to Rai) in a sacred place like your resting place.

The old Lord: Silence, I invited him in the first place !!!

All young clan Leaders including the present Lord would be shocked !!!

The present Lord: But father he is a traitor becouse of whom all clan leaders started to rebel.

Rai:I have gone to sleep for 820 years and have awakened just recently. I'm sorry my Lord (referring to the old Lord).

The old Lord: I'm happy that you are okay.

Rai: Thank you my Lord (referring to the old Lord). Anyway from what I experienced after I woke up in human world, I believe that what happened was that a human organization started to rebel against us.

The old Lord: Yes, that started a few years after you disappeared. Your noble words have always kept the pride of a true Noblesse up. But with you gone everything collapsed, all started doubting my last decisions, with this I decided to go in eternal sleep.

Rai: Thank you for your kind words my Lord (referring to the old Lord).

The old Lord: Now "Cadis Etrama di Raizel" do you want to be the next Lord ???

Rai: As I have already told you, I decline.

The old Lord: In that case I will give you and to my daughter each half power I possessed. (The old Lord disappears in both Rai and the present Lord swords.)

All clan leaders in their thoughts: Would we have two Lord's now ???

Rai: I did not want to be the Lord. I will leave you (referring to the present Lord) the title of the Lord in exchange please do not force Gajutel or any other clan leader with no proper reason to eternal sleep.

The old Lord: Okay.

Rai: Now excuse me. (Leaves)

All would be schocked !!!

I think that Frankenstein will end the fight in the upcoming chapter because Rajak is already on the verge of being defeated. Rael's change of heart wouldn't make a difference in my opinion. In case Frankenstein does indeed go berserk then the only one in Lukedonia, who would be able to stop would be Rai!! I mean, if Frankenstein loses control he would gain more power then he already has this is madness.

But now I wonder what role will Karias play once he delivers Regis? Will he go back and support Rajak or stay in the Lord's shrine? And guys I think we can add another possible pairing in the same thread. It seems like the current Lord 'watched' Frankenstein so I interpreted that Frankenstein got her attention^^ Or did I understand it wrong....

OH MY GOD...another epic chapter. I was right in saying earlier about current's Lord lacking as a Lord. The info about the past events and especially Frankenstein, made my blood pumped faster. Seriously, epic - I salute you Jae-Ho. No surprise in seeing Blood Field, !@#%@#$%@#$12...I think I am overwhelmed by the epicness of Noblesse at the moment and unable to convey my thoughts. I will be back when I have recovered. And yes Noblesse is my favorite at the moment, going straight to the top of my list.

I'm surprised nobody commented on Gejutel's scheme. He was obviously testing the loyalty of the new clan leaders with his speech. There might have been some truth in his comments regarding the Lady's lack of leadership skills (like, a lot), but when he said that the betrayal was solely her fault, I think he was lying. Way before, he reprimanded Regis saying that desire for power led to the betrayal (can't remember the chapter).

I think Gejutel has two goals: educate the Lady with his death and test the new leaders. He's amazing because of what he's sacrificing but also because he does it in such an underhanded way He has no fear of eternal sleep, and obviously stayed alive only to teach the new generation.

As far as I understood, the present Lord wanted to force Frankenstein in eternal sleep becouse she thought that he was a noble.

It could also be that she thought that Frankenstain was a normal human and wanted to kill him.

Either way, I believe that the present Lord sees Franky as a traitor and wants to kill him no matter how !!!

She might be even thinking that with this she will destroy the roots of traitors and make an exemple how the rest of clan Leaders and the previous Lord should baheve to humans who are against Noblesse people. But in reality the enemys are the human organizations who are also Frankys enemys...
