The Shizuru Kuwabara: Reikibuki style project!!

Welcome to my third moveset project! This time around I am gonna focus on Shizuru Kuwabara, sister of Kazuma Kuwabara of Yu Yu Hakusho. This moveset will be based on what it would be like if Shizuru had the same spiritual weapon abilities as her brother, as well as would kind of kick ass weapons she could make if she was able to use all three types of energy. Won't this be fun? lol

Also, here's the description of the style:

Reikibuki ("Spiritual weaponry arts" or "Art of spiritual weaponry") is a style used by Shizuru that gives the user the ability to make different weapons out of pure energy. Unlike her brother Kazuma, Shizuru's control over her energy manipulation ability is so complete and profound to point of not only being able to make her spirit sword take different exact shape or forms of actual swords such as Broadswords and Dao swords, but also be able to manipulate her energy to take the shape or form of other weapons. With Reiki, she is able to shape or form weapons that are usually seen in the human world. With Yoaki, she can completely create demonic looking weapons that are usually seen and used in the Demon world. With Seikoaki, She can completely create powerful celestreal looking weapons.

Now with that out of the way, on to the moveset!

Knife Form

Shizuru gathers energy in her hand and have it take the form of different knives such as daggers, stilettos, etc.

Sword Form



Shizuru gathers energy in her hand and have it take the form of different swords.

• Reiken: Katana form – When using this weapon, Shizuru uses lightning-quick cutting techniques that are usually seen in Kenjutsu style martial arts, mainly from modern Iaido and Battojutsu styles.
• Reiken: Dao form
• Reiken: Hook form
• Reiken: Great sword form – With this weapon, Shizuru can use this to unleash strong and powerful slashing attacks that are usually seen in medieval European sword fighting. While it’s strongest of all of her spirit swords, it is also the slowest.
• Reiken: Rapier form – Shizuru can use this weapon for graceful and aggressive thrusting techniques that usually seen in western fencing.
• Youken: Bloody dragon

Stick Form

Shizuru gathers energy in her hand and have it take the form of different stick weapons

• Reibou: Long form – A long range staff
• Reibou: Short form – A short staff
• Rei Tonfa
• ReiBatto – Great for reflecting projectiles

Spear Form

Shizuru gathers energy in her hand and have it take the form of different great spears

• ReiYari: Spade form – Strongly resembles the Monk’s spade, a chinese spear used by shaolin monks since ancient times.

Whip Form

Shizuru gathers energy in her hand and have it take the form of different deadly whips

• Reimuchi: Long form – Strongly resembles a bullwhip.
• Reimuchi: Short form
• Reimuchi: Cat form – Strongly resembles the cat o’ nine tails whip.
• Yoamuchi: Seperant’s tail – A snake like whip that poisons anything the tip touches.

Chained Form



Shizuru gathers energy in her hand and have it take the form of different chained weapons

• Rei Nunchaku - With this weapon, Shizuru can unleash a flurry of fast attacks using a fighting style that is a combination of Nunchucks-style martial arts and spirit energy. She can also wield a dual version of this weapon which she can use (by whirling them in high speed) to create a shield to protect herself.
• Yoakusari: Demonic Hammer -

Projectile Form
Shizuru gathers energy in her hand and have it take the form of different projectile weapons such as shurikens, bullets, etc.

• Rei Shuriken – Kira shurikens made out of spirit energy.
• Rei Crossbow

Other Forms

• Reinakkuru – Shizuru gathers energy around her hands and have it take form of brass knuckles, which she can use to unleash powerful punches.
• ReiSai
• Reifītoken – Shizuru concentrates her energy around her feet and have it form into a pair of bladed shoes, which she can use to unleash deadly kick attacks.
• Reitsume – Claws made out of spirit energy.
• ReiAxe
• Reifan

As with all my movesets, this one will be updated every now and then. As usual you guys are welcome to help me out if you like, such as coming up with more attacks, better names, ideas, descriptions or what not. I would really appreciate it.
