If you could combine two characters...

Naruto + Itachi would be epic. Itachi would have an epic chakra pool and unorthodox fighting style with unpredictability and cleverness. Naruto would have intelligence, Sharingan, and more jutsu, as well as ability to do genjutsu, get out of genjutsu, and do raesngan easily without a clone. Narutachi would have no limit.

Sasuke + Kakashi would be epic too, two masters of raiton. Kakasuke would pwn all with higher chakra pool, Tsukuyomi, Susano'o, and Kamui, along with raiton kage bunshin, kage bunshin, and so many other jutsu. Their intelligence would be off the charts!

Kakashi + Jiraya would be powerful too: Sharingan, raiton, katon, suiton, and doton. Toads and ninja hounds. Sage Mode and Sharingan/Mangekyo Sharingan. Intelligence. Varied kage bunshin. So many more jutsu. This would be a clear epicness.

Nagato + Kakashi would result in Nagato in some form finally becoming more intelligent. This would mean Nagakshi would be extremely dangerous that not even Jiraiya or Naruto would be able to take out a body if Nagakshi chooses to go with Six Paths of Pain.

Kakashi/Itachi + Samehada... no need to explain here. :P

Minato + Kakashi/Itachi would beget a god: intelligence, genjutsu, speed, Sharingan (Raikage is lucky Minato did not have a Sharingan), ninjutsu knowledge, taijutsu, and so much more.

Orochimaru + ITachi would create a being so intelligent that Shikamaru would look like a grade A dunce. Itachimaru would be almost indestructible, and we'd truly have a haxxed character.

Hashirama + Kakashi - I cannot imagine the creativity we'd see with Kakashi's devious mind with Mokuton and powerful chakra.

Madara and "A". Imagine "A"'s killer taijutsu and ninjutsu techniques including his speed plus intangibility and space time jutsu. He'd be untouchable and have intense speed when encountering opponents. also, fucking sharingan would make an amazing addition to it.

Madara & Muu. Mamuu would be pretty hard to catch, let alone kill. Not only would Mamuu be capable of completely erasing his presence, but he would also have flight, teleportation, invisibility and intangibility.

Naruto & Sandaime Raikage. Naraime would be a beast in hand-to-hand, considering that Naruto's Sage Mode plus Sandaime's Raiton armor would make him pretty much invulnerable and grant him truly herculean physical ability.

Nagato & Minato. Combining Minato's speed and teleport jutsu with Nagato's formidable offense (in particular, the ability to absorb chakra and souls) makes one pretty dangerous.

Suigetsu and Hidan. Once he puts his curse on someone, he can just turn its body into a puddle. And he wouldn't have to have Kakuzu around to sew him back together.

Just go for kakuzu+Hidan XD hahaha the best combination, he can't get cut up and he can't die, the more you try to take him down the easier it is for him to curse you and also, he can have his puppets be the one on the cursed grounds, stabbing the heart over and over and over... its so much win XD
