Whoever said that Itachi and Nagato would do an "epic" fight (since they are "Kishimoto's favorites/powerhouses therefore no way they are going down so easily!")...I have a big and such an unexpected newsflash for you...The fight is over, Edo-tensei got demolished on left and right, it still sucks as a jutsu, and most importantly, you were wrong.

This fight is as pathetic as all of the previous Edo-Tensei fights, and share the same trait over and over again: they SUCKED and are rushed too much.

How did Nagato get treated any better than anyone else? He got about a chapter and a half worth of fighting. He didn't contribute anything to the plot (like Itachi) and after a small battle gets sealed? Lame.

Nice to see that Itachi's susanoo has long range attack. It didn't show any before, right? Well, the sealing pot could be considered mid or long range... Oh, well....
It's a nice chapter with a fight. Maybe some important thing was said.

And Kishi keeps building up the expectations for Naruto fighting alone and going all out.

As much as this chapter sounds cool it sound sad too, killing nagato just when the serious fight started, it really pisses me of i understand that kishi doesnt want to drag those fights around too much, and we already saw nagatos capabilities but man such important character should get at least 2-3 more chapters of ownage, it seems like all zombies are there for nothing i mean if you were so powerful in your life and now you are indestructible how can you be beaten so easily and this nirvana thing shouldnt be possible with him since kabuto now has orochimarus cells from ankos body and he was in direct control, it only shows how he didnt suprass orochimaru in controling edo tensei at all, all he can do is more summons, and i bet orochimaru could too, keeping control is the real deal that shows users efficency with edo tensei, same thing happened with that toroi dude, i mean magnet element was so cool and he is defeated in like 3 pages, and gaaras dad, and hanzo, i know it would take too long, but some important characters and characters that we havent saw before should get a little longer fights

Nagato didnt go nirvana tho, he was stucked by Susano's Toksuka, he was sealed away by Itachi.

I know there's a lot of complaints about how the fights with important characters are lacking, but I think of it in a couple different ways. One, Kishimoto might be up against a strict guidline to how many chapters he spend on fighting. Don't forget he most likely has a contract with Shoen Jump, so they might be the ones pulling the shots. They may say, "ok we need to wrap up this section in 2 chapters so we can get on with the story." So he's doing the best he can with the limitations.
Two, the quickness of the fights may be Kishimoto's way of showing how the new generation of ninja's have taken the place of the old ones. It has been a constant theme of generations in this story, so it may be his way of showing "yeah the old generation was tough, but the new generation is epic!"
Three, going back to my first theory, maybe he's just saving the big fights for the anime. As we all know the anime fights are way longer and better than the manga ones. There's only so much you can do with a comic, but with a full on anime the sky's the limit. So he may just thinking "i'll set up the general idea and let the animators flush it out." Come on, we all remember the awesome sasuke/naruto fight animation and the naruto/pein fight. Those are just my theories.

It was a good fight actually... 4 most powerful ninjas in a fight can't be that long... they all have very destructive jutsus and one has even sealing technique on hand... This shows that Nagato was a monster and might not even be taken out by Naruto + Bee combined or maybe Itachi alone.

And he is not even in a bit of what rikudo can do lols XD

because I suppose when you go up to a serious itachi you last for more than a few chapters? No. He got sealed by Itachi's sword while being distracted by Naruto/Bee.

If anything this shows how awesome Kishi treated Nagato. He was a freaking monster. Easily rolled both Naruto and Bee and could use all powers as much as he wanted. Definite respect from Kishi imo.

It seems Itachi only seal ET's talisman , not Nagato ... so Nagato get free from ET ( I mean , Nagato rest in peace , now )

last time sasuke's susanoo was evolving from ranged to itachi's form, but sasuke lost energy during the process and susanoo get dissolved.

I don't know if Kabuto controlled himself every single Nagato's strikes when he wiped his mind. If so I would say that Kabuto made some nice moves here and basically beat Bee and Naruto all by himself.

Or if he was Madara or some crazy uchiha with EMS , then he still has upper hand ( well , combine of two MS's ability must be awesome )

if Uzumaki Mito helped hashirama , then Hashirama's brother could help him in the valley of end as well ( Konoha always feared than Uchiha Madara , so I think Madara was monster for himself )

This is basically true. Nagato's abilities were able to solo Bee and Naruto, lmfao. That is freaking crazy. Also, Nagato is actually able to use Asura realm powers without having a robot path by his side, that is insane. He is also able to use his rinnegan powers simultaneously and cycles them with no break. This chapter is showing that Nagato was a complete damn beast.
