Either way it goes major change would happen by Ikkaku becoming a VC.

For one we know that all the VC positions were previous filled besides Ukitake's squad (which Rukia has most likely filled now).

So if Ikkaku was forced to be a VC of another squad that would mean that 1 of the VC either got promoted or something happened to them.

And obviously if he was promoted to VC in Squad 11 that would mean that Yachiru was either promoted to Captain or something happened to her.

Either way it would require some explaining if he is a VC now.

But it may just be a translation error.

I'm seriously gonna facepalm if they make up a fight against Ichigo, Urahara, Isshin and Rukia... They're overpowered by a long shot, even without Ichigo and his godly powers.. I'm sad to say it, but they're only humans afterall, they have to die to reach full potential as it has been hinted before in the manga

No. The time spent in Dangai had to keep up with the real time outside, the reason Ichigo's hair went back to normal and lost consciousness, because only an hour passed outside, otherwise he would be dead. Zangetsu may remember what happened but the whole transcendental thing wouldn't exist because the time where it happened was lost.

I doubt the training was meaningless. I think the only consequence was his physical appearance reverting back to "normal" as the progress and aging his body went through was reversed. However the training his soul went through and all the memories are still there. So this is probably what his Shikai would have looked like after Dangai training.

Yeah I agree, othervice you would suffer from memory loose going through the tunnel, and we never saw that happend... Spending a couple of months or how long Ichigo was in there, should not change that..

Because memory and experience are not physic, and shinigami can't spend 3 months in the Dangai because of the currents and the Janitor. The only example mentioned that people would die from being exposed to a far away time from entrance to exit, Ichigo nearly died from 3 months.

Just seems weird that you have to hurry through for not to be affected by "time", always thought it as a void where you just had to avoid to be caught by the walls and train thingy.. hmm, stuff for afterthoughts..!

hmm, now that we got a new cover showing Ichigo's new looks, it kind of makes him "appear" Royal, or atleast, Noble / Royal Guardish with his new appearance.

So the question is, does Ichigo's blood have noble / royal connections..? Thing is, would he just be a normal shinigami, then his outfit should not change like this... and I doubt it's his fullbring at this point.

We have seen it before, the red string that he can connect zangetsu to when not fighting, his bankai robes.. So, now the question is, whether it is because of his power level, royal/high noble blood or remains of his lost fullbring..?

I really, really, really look forward to this explanation, but seeing how many old characters that will return this chapter, I'm starting to doubt it.. Oh well, that can be good too!
