Well....i gues its Sieg...he truly a genius...he dont even have master and still he almost unbeatable (especialy after last time we saw him lol)
Then i'd say its Kenichi and Tanimoto (they kinda equal...Kenichi's trainigs just a bit more hellish haha)

    p.s.
oh and i dont think Miu have any potential...in fact she did not even developed as a fighter for all this time...she's strong,yes..but thats it

Its the fact that she doesn't have time to train. She is born of the blood between Saiga and Shizuha who are very powerful and her grandfather is the invincible superman. Miu would be more powerful if she was the protagonist but thats not the case. Miu is about expert class anyways because of her experience from all those masters she lives with and her journey around the world.

Kenichi has the luck (or bad luck ) of having fighters after his life. Kenichi has to push himself or die. Miu doesn't have that pressure and has to deal with being a house wife for lack of a better term in taking care of her family. So yeah Miu got the short stick of getting powerful but thats because she was so powerful from the beginning where not even Ryuuto could touch her.

I actually think Ryuuto was more powerful than Miu, at the time he fought Kenichi. Miu apparently knew nothing of the inner eye, so I doubt she had any counter's for Ryuuto's Gungir.

Members of Yomi and Shinpaku are all noted for fighters with a high latent potential for martial arts. Out of the two groups, Shou and especially Kenichi are the two fighters noted with the most potential. Following those two (in no particular order) are Kajima, Renka, Miu, Natsu, Chikage, Koukin, and Takeda. After that you have everyone else.

Seeing how the manga has developed, I really doubt ryuto was even as strong as miu. Miu has at all points in the manga been shown as kenichi's superior, it would make little sense that somehow ryuto was stronger than miu. Heck, it was only after DoD that miu actually began breaking a sweat when fighting kenichi during sparring sessions. IMO, miu would have mopped the floor with ryuto at that time.

Miu didn't spar with Kenichi after the Ryuuto battle, until after the D of D tournament. Even though she was just protecting Kenichi, she got beat in one hit by Boris.

Well Boris got a cheap shot because Miu was protecting Kenichi. If Boris fought Miu using Command Sambo one on one then he would lose against Miu's Furinji style martial arts.

As the guy before me said, boris got a cheap shot...

More so, the manga has made it repeatedly clear that kenichi regularly spars with miu, it is a basic part of his training. It was implied after kenichi learned he had to hit miu while sparring, when he had a sparring match with renka and when miu mentioned kenichi finally made her break a sweat. Heck, even now kenichi can't run at the same speed as miu, he stated it himself. Even recent chapters kinda imply kenichi is weaker than her (she could deal with weapon users without any form of armor while kenichi had to rely on his arm thingys). Miu is without a shred of a doubt stronger than kenichi. Worst case scenario for miu, once kenichi gets serious he is her equal (although if she goes into her berserk state even then kenichi might not have much of a chance).

Its true that Miu is faster than Kenichi, but her style is centered around speed. Miu may be overall more skilled than Kenichi but ryuusei seikuken makes a big difference.

If Kenichi is able to take it to the third stage there's not much she can do to beat him. Even if he can only take it to the second stage, he should have the advantage due to his power of sight exceeding hers.

Miu would not lose at all to ryusui seikuken. DOu fighters have their own methods to read the enemy's movements and the manga has already shown miu has that. The point where kenichi could hold that against miu is long done with.

You can't really judge "who has the most potential" based on the strength of the disciples themselves. Kenichi has 0 potential. That was made clear dozens of times. He does have several top level masters training him, though, which has allowed him to overcome other disciples.

Kenichi is a person who hates hurting other which is what martial arts is all about regardless of following either Katsujinken or Satsujinken. Kenich doesn't have the talent for martial arts but he definitely has potential for for it. Potential =/= Talent.

Kenichi can read the hearts of his opponents very easily which stems from his potential of becoming a master class martial artist. Ryusei Seikuken was a move that was pretty much made for Kenichi. It doesn't have to deal with talent even though it helps.

Besides the masters could be lying that Kenichi has no talent for martial arts in the sense of fighting but has talent in other areas like reading attacks and determination to never give.

Re: Who has or had the most potential?

IMO Kenichi, Sho Kano, Miu, Kajima Satomi all have the potential to reach the top level. Under them is Siegfried and Chikage. Than there's the wild card Berserker. According to Loki Berserker has it all a "superior body" and top notch talent. Berserker was already at a high level on his own, without any training. By nurturing Berseker's talent and specializing in certain areas, under Kensei's specialization training, he could of grown immensely. IMO Berserker should be stronger than Kenichi and Miu at the moment.
