I have been working on a scanlation of Stampede: The Adventure Of Professor Minovsky. However, this is my first time editing a scanlation all by myself, before this i just purchased the RAWs, and scanned them into the computer. As such I have some problems with more challenging typesetting issues. In the upper right panel of the posted .jpg file there is a place where the text crosses over different shaded backgrounds. What i am hoping for is one of two things: 1, an detailed explanation that can help talk me through editing it, or 2, someone willing to edit it for me. in the case of option number one you should know that i use Photoshop Elements for editing my images. In the case of number 2 i want to point out that i am willing to credit you for your editing work on the page should you want to be credited though of course you will have to let me know what name you want to be credited under. I also want to point out that i use the WildWords font. Finally here is the translation for this page:http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/405/pg47m.jpg/Quote:
Mostly just use the clone stamp tool to copy lines from other parts over the text. You can also go over the text first with a white brush so it's less confusing.
This is the clone stamp tool: http://www.scrapvine.com/wp-content/...estamptool.jpg
To use it, alt click over what you want to copy, then left click over where you want to place it. So in this case, alt click over a line that looks like it could continue into the text area and connect to the other side. You have to be pretty accurate with the clicking, so zooming in alot helps. You can also use the brush and blur/smudge tools to get it more complete looking.
Anyways I did this page, no need to credit it though. I included the PSD also so you can see what was done, but I don't know if it'll open properly in elements :/
