Also here is a translation of a spoiler text (its not translated by me) which seems to match a bit with the pic above. So, its possibly is the correct spoiler text (though there are parts which can be not correct),

-Fate has become a teacher at the school and is serving as a substitute for Negi during the days where he's away working on the his plan to save the Magic World. Think of it as a Negima equivilent of Kanako taking over duties at the Hinata Apartments while Keitaro is studying abroad, only with Negi being able to teach on days where he isn't busy with the project, as he does show up at the end.

-For now, the main students involved in Negi's "save the Magic World" plan are Asuna, Ayaka, and Chizuru (looks like she's also part of a rich family as well). So basically, all the "smart girls" are either super geniuses (Chao and Satomi), members of "noble" families (Ayaka, Konoka, and Chizuru) or good people to bring along for intel missions (Nodoka and Asakura). Also, part of the plan involves an "elevator" (anyone familiar with Gundam 00 may have an idea of what's being suggested here).

-Main girls of focus in this chapter are Natsumi, Makie, Yue, and Nodoka. While they all are characters that are associated with some of the characters that we've met in the Magic World arc, more than likely, I take it that Natsumi's involved due to the "teacher Fate" thing (given how she was captured by Fate after he went all Beared Idiot on Quintium), Makie and Yue are involved due to what I'm about to mention next, and Nodoka is involved due to both plot developments.

-Given how I interpret the translations on Google Translate and Babelfish, it appears that Yue still has no memories of Negi being her teacher.

-With Negi busy working on the plan to save the Magic World (and Fate preventing Negi's plan to invite the main girls of this chapter for tea), the girls begin to worry that Fate has become the latest person in the battle for Negi's heart.

I ám a little bit confused.
I knew the next few chapters will contain a lot of comedy, but I don´t know to what this will lead? And Fate a teacher? What about Kotaro? He should be a teacher, too.

Girls: "Ohhh... Fate-sensei! What will you teach us today?"
Fate: "Todays subject: How to drink 18 cups of coffee within one hour."

And regarding their fear about Fate being a love-rival...
I don´t think either Negi nor Fate are takeing this way.

The yue thing suggests its been a week or so, or she really is denying something in her mind to conflict with the spell. Maybe this will be an important event, her getting her memories back at the right necessary moment.

How magic people return from Cosmo Entelecheia? Asuna brings them back. Why does Asuna accept her "new" powers so naturally? because Fate gave her back her lost/sealed memories

Who is Fate? he is the 3rd (hence, Tertium) of the Averruncus series created by the LifeMaker. Here is Primum, the first; and Secundum, the second. After Fate come Quartum, Quintum, and Sextum (fourth, fifth and sixth respectively).
