Can't wait for this game to be released in North America. I too want an japanese dubbed and english subbed, just because I'm so used to their japanese voices.
I came a cross this while browsing youtube; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DN1CwJwqEog
I think he's uploaded all of the main log episodes but I'm not 100% sure. It's up to you guys if you want to watch them or not.
Only negative part about watching his videos is that it makes me want the game even more. It's either learn japanese and order the game from Japan or wait for a EU release date...
Well there are walkthrough videos for almost all games now, some crew members from the unofficial OP Podcast will start to play OP games, stream and upload them to Youtube, starting these weeks.^^ Kaizoku will be the first one to be played.
If there is an asian version, they most likely already have english subtitles for the rest of asia. The only reason it will come out so late is because of Bandai Scamco. It took them TEN months to release ToV in Europe. Doesn't sound special? 2 weeks from JP to NA, 10 months from NA to EU....
It's going to be called One Piece : Pirate Warriors in english.
Look at this!!
It will cover the whole part 1 story!!!
In a single game!
That's just totally crazy!

Well, it does look damn good.
An OP game with DW gameplay. How fitting. Just imported it. Gonna own all versions.
It covers the whole story from Orange Town to Marineford.
And it's going to be a game a bit like Dynasty Warriors (never played, so I don't know exactly what they mean).
Apparently, you need to beat the hell out of everyone to conquer "territory" and eventually, I guess you'll get to the main boss.
The cutscene seems to be made of images, like the manga.
Lastly, it seems you only control Luffy, but the other players can help you out and do combo with you.
And they talked about something called "Action adventure stage", but I'm not too sure what's that supposed to be...
I couldn't understand what he was saying...
I don't know if there's a versus mode where you can fight against every character though...
That's usually includes in those type of games (Naruto, Bleach, etc)...

So for those who don't know yet the game's been slated for a September 20 release date in Europe! Release date is still set for sometime in November for North America. The game will also not be dubbed as is usually the case when it's digital download.
Here's the american/european box art compared to the japanese one. Not a lot of changes.
I'm from the U.S. and I own the U.K. version. It's just a like a dynasty warriors game but one piece version. Platform/musou. It's a lot of fun but I hate how skypiea, thriller bark, kuro, loguetown, and a few other things were skipped. Hopefully if a sequel is added they'll put those in as well as some new world islands.
