never understood why some thought gaara would be weaker without shikaku, its believed that the Hosts need to have equally huge or strong chakra themselves to be able to take on being a jinchuriki and the added stress of chakra of the demon they conceive.

I think that's even more pronounced with the other jinchurikis(beside naruto) having to take the Full burden of their demons compared to naruto who's only had to deal with half(yang) of his demon( not to berate the jinchuriki as whe've seen how powerful he is and he's only the yang half...)

I don't know about you people

but if you will consider plot armor then

Sasuke wins a lot of fight because he was born with the uchiha blood(plot armor)

Honestly the last couple chapters have been crap and were too obviously used by Kishi to buy time because he couldn't think of what to do next. The last good chapter I could remember was the one where Sasuke's eyes get revealed as much as it pains me to say that.

I'm just saying - while i thought this may be obvious to people : but usually people have episodes and manga chapters done well in advance, what if the author got sick? wasn't feeling well? a massive profiting organization will not take that risk and will have things done in advance, as well as there is a writing team. Just saying -

I was kind of disappointed by the Mizukage's jutsu..it just did not seems that interesting to me.... Well at least Gaara was the one to finish the fight and not Naruto...i got scare for a moment when I saw Naruto running in direction of the battlefield

luckily,kishi wanted to show us that gaara deserves his title and his role. about mizukage's technique,it might have been useful to show that even a zombie can be weakened and tired,and kishi needed to show that for chapter 558,have you read that Muu is weaker now?

Gaara just proved that he is one of the strongest Shinobi out there. He defeated his natural enemy in a head on fight.
I remember one of Naruto spoiler episodes when Gaara lost because the water made the sand useless. But now Kishi made him win against the Mizukage.

I wonder what the Mummy dude will summon... I hope it's something entertaining, because I am starting to lose interest in this whole war thing.

I knew muu was still alive,and in this chapter (557) I wondered why the 2nd mizukage said "it must be muu" http://mangastream.com/read/naruto/33966361/5 ,but obviously it wasn't muu,he meant just that muu told oonoki everything about mizukage's abilities.
