The guy, "Tsunomichi" was definitively wearing a mask, but I agree with frozen18ice, I think he's just a messenger for a bigger organization, like the vindice and the one with the eighth flame. Or he's the one who put the curse on the arcobalenos under the orders of that Baron guy with the mysterious clear pacifier.

What's curious is that, will this arc CAUSE the future arc? I mean, yeah, they realized what's happened in the future arc, but there's a possibility that an alternative future arc could come about: Colonello wins the tournament= Lal becoming a full human again, just like in the future arc. And Byakuran teaming up with Yuni (Millefore) and betraying her in the future arc. Plus Byakuran meeting with Irie Shoichi.

Plus, haven't seen cervello around, wonder if those girls will show up around this time? The masks the "planner" wears looks similiar to those girls'

This has potential to be an AWESOME arc, but I don't want to get my expectations up. After all, with these many characters, it'll be hard to keep track of them, much less the plot. And since Fon hasn't chosen his allies yet, there's the chance that newer characters will be introduced. >.> I don't wanna keep track of 100+ characters at the end of KHR.

Danm how I missed Byakuran....I'm so glad he's back and I can't wait until they tell the rules of this contest, it can't be an all out battle because some teams have like twice as members as other. And I wonder who Fon choose to represent him

That's an interesting way to think of it, especially since it would consist of the same conclusions from completely different situations (for example: originally, Shoichi and Byakuran met in college.) However, there are also the major permanent differences that already alter the future arc (ex: Mukuro is out of Vendicare, the Vongola Gear, the Earth flames...etc.) I'm quite curious about how the future looks now actually.

Dear god, I do NOT want to see the Cervello again. If there's an organization, I believe there will be others from there (who probably look a bit like Tsunomichi) that will be the judges.

I both want and don't want new characters to be on Fon's team. We've already seen what all the competitors can do, so I'm hoping for at least something new (once again, I annoyingly bring up Kawahira, we've only seen him once and all he did was a simple crowd illusion) in the idea of powers (but not something completely random like the Earth flames...). At the same time, I can barely keep track of the groups themselves, let alone all the characters. Amano took a big risk with this, so I hope she knows what she's doing.

Maybe he will use Hell Rings or some rings from the future or some asspull of a device to get more or less at Tsuna's or Enma's level.

I really wish they would quit stalling with revealing who Fon's representative is.

It just seems to obvious to me that its Hibari considering the fact he has not shown up at all during these latest chapters.

its finally in english and up, i think maybe fon will pick lancia or someone we haven't seen yet. or maybe longchamp just for laughs, what a come from behind laugh that would be.
