It doesn't matter if Byakuya knows if Tsukishima is a human, because it was already established that Tsukishima actually inserts himself into the past of whatever he cuts, it's no simple brainwash, Tsukishima has officially tought Byakuya's own techniques.

It doesn't look like byakuya is totally influenced by byakuya now. I guess he will pull a "before you defeat me we will go down together" and just deactivates that minimum safe distance.

What really surprises me is that tsukishima knew so much about byakuya. Does he get to learn the past of the victim when he uses his ability? Either that or he was actually told about it. Perhaps ginjo would have known about this in the past though..

What is the likely element to have been involved in all of Byakuya's fights as a shinigami, his zanpuktou. When Tsukishima accessed Senbonzakura's memories, essentially he saw every fight Byakuya has been in...all the techniques he has used etc. I think most people haven't notice that and were kinda fixated on the zanpuktou's techniques. He knows everything about Byakuya's fighting style, hence there should be no surprises for him.

Plus he knows all the weaknesses/limitations of the zanpuktou and presumably Byakuya himself, as it concerns fighting.

As many of us had predicted, this actually would happen
Also Byakuya can take it, he's proven strong whether he lost to this attack or not.

It seems to turn out as predicted, Tsukishima is far from done here, and he might connect this arc with the next arc, hopefully

Although it's to be remain to be seen if Tsukishima's attack actually works as smoothly on a captain level shinigami than it does on humans.

My guess is that it takes a while for the technique to take it's effect, Byakuya could be in many doubts at start, but eventually it kicks in.
Like how Orihime thought of Tsukishima as an old good friend soon after she was cut, but it took a while before she was completely under his command, though maybe this was by purpose on Tsukishima's side to set a trap for Ichigo.

Thing is though, people might need a little time to cope with their new memories, they might need to accept them too.

or maybe it just doesn't work that good on a captain level shinigami..

I think senkei makes a little more sense now. Senkei is also meant to fight while not having the no attack area around him. In a way, it improves his offense and its defense. I don't think how tsukishima would be immune to it though. I guess it makes sense tsukishima got the knowledge from byakuya's zampakuto from senbonsakura, it is consistent with what we have seen from tsukishima and zampakuto being people (kinda). I guess tsukishima has indeed neglected to say he can extract memories from people, that is a crucial part of his ability. I am glad tsukishima did not get the jackie and katsuzawa treatment, at least the battle in interesting. I do wonder how tsukishima's influence will be removed from the people he has affected. Perhaps urahara has already worked a way for that.

Its because he knows all about Senbonzakura

he only knows about his sword techniques, and only his sword techniques. and that was obviously not a memory cut, since the guy was bleeding. lest not forget that the human body is multitudes more vulnerable than a shinigami's.
it seems that rukia has been stuffed into that plushy. but she can still blast people with her demon arts!

Byakuya will beat Tsukishama with his speed.

i liked the look on byakuya's eyes. he did not seem to lose his resolve, actually he is very confident that he can win. six rods kido will be sufficient for stopping tsukishima.
