Konomi tends to use one page kills on fodder characters, which I think that the majority of the U17 people are right now unfortunately. I think that the top 10 people will get more time as they are in theory better. The only one page kill character that isn't fodder is probably kazuya.
I agree that certain people shouldn't be fodder like washio and shun(they were just like our number two doubles) but there will be more time and we can hope that popularity polls may save characters that he has neglected.
I pray that is the case.
Since Washio/Suzuki pair is equal to Two Wings Of Kyushu pair.
So if Oishi/Niou > Mutsu/Mutsu and Mutsu/Mutsu >> Washio/Suzuki it really de-values The Two Wings.
