I'm having a problem with these 3 lines.
Context: A kendo tournament match is currently going on and both kendoka are more or less of the same level, thus a close fight. Miyamiya(Miyako) is one of the kendoka. Right before the decisive moment where Miyako wins, Miyako's boyfriend says the following lines,
追い込まれれば追い込まれる程 --> The more you try to corner the opponent, the more cornered you get .(Am I on the right track?)
士壇場な程 --> ???
If the 3rd line is a stand alone, I know what it is. However, I have no idea what is "士壇場な程" and I'm not sure if these 3 lines supposed to be connected or not. Could anyone please shed me some light ? Thx in advance~

----->No. ミヤミヤis the one who is cornered by the opponent. The more Miyamiya gets cornered,
These 3 lines make a single sentence.
Here is a short/simplified version.
You should be able to find the meaning of 土壇場 in dictionaries. You could also rephrase "土壇場な程" to ギリギリの時ほど or せっぱ詰まるほど.
The more （追い込まれ+土壇場）, the more （ミヤミヤは実力以上のものを出す） .
Hahah, am I glad I asked. How I fail to recognize the difference between 士 and 土, and to read the context.
My 2nd attempt,
The more cornered she gets,
and the less time she has,
the more Miyamiya can bring out strength beyond her true ability.
Does my attempt get a passing grade?
and as time runs out/ as time ticks away
the more Miyamiya brings out strength beyond her true abilities.
Yes, you passed~. There are a lot of ways to translate the txt . Your second line "the less time she has" is fine, but the nuance (at the last minute) could be added.

As usual, thank you very much! Will work on it a little more to bring out the last minute nuance. XD
