Most likely yes, one earlier than the usual early release.

Tamura (author of Beelzebub) mentioned in the Issue 21-22 author comment section that he coincidentally met the author of Psyren when he went out to get some food. Tamura said he enjoyed hearing him talk about his new work/series that he is making.

Awesome, hopefully it's as good as Psyren, it's been two years so maybe that's enough time to think of a good next work.

Jump NEXT comes out next week. Does anyone know if any known authors or veterans are in it?
Sasaki just posted the cover on his Twitter:

N00b question again. What's the difference between normal JUMP and JUMP NEXT?

Sasaki's english isn't the best. He actually meant that it is possible that one of the newbies that have a oneshot in Jump NEXT! might possibly be the future Oda.

    i.e. A massive success

    You misunderstood. Sakaki tweeted:

Jump NEXT is a seasonal magazine featuring one shots mostly by new artists, or artists between serialization. There are three issues a year: New Years, Golden Week (next week), and Obon (August).
