If that means that the condition of the person is complicated and no one else but me could care for them, I would. If I really dislike the person, I'd feel weird, but maybe I'll start liking him/her more.

I would probably call the fire department and then run in to make sure that everyone got out safely (Depending on how much the house is on fire)
