Well upon closer inspection, you realize that Tsukishima's loss was huge PIS. I guess Kubo wanted to move the plot along to Ginjou and Tsuki's death may play an important role as pointed out. Its not that Byakuya resisted his powers. He didn't...he simply ignored their friendship because he holds duty and honour over such trivial things as friendship and family. The problem is that Tsuki should have known this before he even hit Byakuya. He already infiltrated the entire SS arc and "saved Rukia" so he should know what Byakuya is capable of. Then "training with him" would further cement Byakuya's personality to him. So for him to not even see this coming is just stupid on his part.

Nice observation. May be its because Tsuki was more focused towards weaknesses of Byakuya's techniques. Like his other victims, Tsuki probably had not care enough of what is most important to Byakuya. May be he thought by knowing his techniques, he will win for sure.

as for the whole byakuya being able to to overcome his feelings of debt towards tsukishima. Tsuki obviously altered byakuyas memory of his training way back in the past. but probably didn't alter byakuya's more recent knowlege of what tsuki and co were upto in the present.

this factor combined with the knowlege of how badly they f**ked ichigo around would easily be enough for someone of byakuya's immense willpower to do what needs to be done.

I don't think he necessarily didn't see it coming. Or rather, he probably knows how merciless Byakuya is. But he may have been surprised that even to someone who he owes everything he would mercilessly cut down. Tsukishima is pretty merciless too, and he loves trolling people, so it might've just been a last ditch-effort to try and screw with Byakuya, or get him to spare him or help him. He never expected Byakuya to not fight against him, that's evident based on what we've seen.

I don't mind Tsukishima dying, even though he was a great villain. I have no idea where Kubo is going with this, so I can't exactly say Tsuki has a place in the future arcs. I don't think we've seen THE last of him though. The fact that he's technically still alive makes me think that something might happen in his last moments that will be important. No idea what though. But Kubo's never added a detail about a antagonists condition before like that, so I feel like it means something.

Ginjou seems to have multiple reasons to bring up tsuki's state. One i think is to get rid of ichigo's killing intent or his motivation, be cause he knows if they keep fighting he is sure to die. ichigo hasn't gone bankai because he knows he doesn't need it. hopefully he's going to give us some useful information and some long awaited answers to questions we've had since the beginning......

After thinking for a while i found that there's a possibiltity that Riruka had entered rukia's body, and she might try to take over rukia's soul, imagine something like this:

Ichigo: Rukia! Are you alright?
Rukia: Rukia? No, i am riruka
everyone:AHHHHH!!!!

And since ginjou is able to obtain ichigo's ability by absorbing his reiatsu/fullbring, if everyone's reiatsu entered ichigo, then...

The key of this chapters is ... kill Yukio and you can assist Ichigo's battle ... :| It's happening like I've already said before ... nothing to say in addition, that's why i don't want to discuss about this chupaciupster(chapter). Maybe the next two will conclude the Arc.

I don't think she should tell everyone she's not Rukia but in fact Riruka, if she is. She should act as Rukia, but does she know how Rukia behaves (depends on if she's read her heart/memories/whatever)? If she doesn't know about her normal behaviour, she'll be found out in no time (plus if she goes around blushing around Ichigo....XD)

Well,this is just some random thinking,but based on what Yukio said ("Did you know?Fullbringers and Substitute Shinigami can trade and share their powers.") I've been thinking that those pieces of armor on Ichigo are not from his soul,but rather a piece of Ginjou's powers.When Ginjou struck Ichigo and stole his Fullbring,I presume a small part of Ginjou's powers was traded in exchange to Ichigo's Fullbring.If this might(by some miracle)be true,then it means that Ichigo can as well use Ginjou's powers,unknown as they might be right now.It just made me think,if Ichigo defeats Ginjou,he can strike him in his chest and get back his Fullbring.If he goes Bankai,I presume the pieces of armor will kinda form a full body-armor combined with his Dangai Bankai(as it seems most probable now).If you've seen Bleach Movie 4 ,it would be something like Ichigo's goldena armor.

I think its much more basic :/

Shinigamis cannot trade powers with humans. However Ichigo being born from a shinigami + human shares both species.
This enables him to link with shinigamis > Rukia for example. Or humans > Fullbringers.

Ginjo himself seems to be a substitute shinigami too, hear what it says substitute shinigami. The only way to be a sub is if you got bonified shini powers. Like Ichigo. So Ginjo is half human half Shinigami.
Or else chad,Orhime and fk even Ishida could be one too.
The point is only a shinigami can save a soul, nothing else can.

After all this its plane and simple, those born half shinigami can transfer powers from 1 kind to the other. Its basically impossible for Rukia to give powers to a regular human, like Orihime, however Ichigo and Ginjo too are not just human. Thats all i think it ment.

And yes it means that Ichigo could if he were learned share powers with Orihime and Chad.

In this entire thing both Ichigo and Ginjo are unique. And i dont think it means Ichigo now can automatically use Ginjos abilities too. It more or less seems that either he learned those attacks or stole them from Ichigo.
The more interesting thing is that the powers of those fullbringers didnt really change, they improved but they didnt start doing ichigo moves. Ginjo does.
But its also possible some of those moves are inherrit to substitute shinigamis.

I think ginjou will steal the power of abarai, byakuya, toshiro, madarame, and kenpachi and then flee. Ginjou will super strong and start joining forces with other ppl and then try to go after the king.

Even though I know it's not gonna be like it, I hope Riruka killed Rukia taking her place somehow ... Anyways, I hope Kubo finishes this arc soon, even though next chapter will be full of nothing but talking, thoughts, insane laughing and some nullifying slashes.

And maybe crybaby shirosaki and the hollow mask then will come back once Ginjo strikes down Ichigo...

Rukia wont be dead. In terms of plot development, it would not serve any purpose and then their is the Rukia fanbase factor as well. This arc should be ending soon, Ichigo vs. Ginjou should be the end of it. We will see what Riruka did in between their battle.

I knew that she won't die. She also survived hits from high ranked espada... I just ... let's say, don't belong to the Rukia fanbase (anymore).

oh,finally most of the fights are finished,tsukishima is about to die,I hope he will do,because right now it's obvious he wasn't unohana's lieutenant. but all of the fullbringers should die,since they are nasty...
