It is sort of gross texture-wise...doesn't taste horrible actually, but the way it thickens and sticks to your teeth like cement . It's totally similar to those candies as a kid that would foam up in your mouth so you could spit technicolor loogies all over the place ...or Pop Rocks. The novelty of it is funny.

And when you're drunk enough, your taste isn't really on it's toes, so yeah it could be a funny prank, lol.
