I can't stand almost any of the rap on the pop radio stations such as Lil Wayne and what not, the only rap i actually listen to is Hollywood Undead (yes i know they have a more rock feel but they are so funny) and The Flobots. And sometimes i listen to Eminem....I seem to have a thing for white rappers lol

Have you guys heard "Best I've ever had" by Drake? It's on the radio 24/7 and I just can't stand it. I don't get what's so awesome with it? It's only voice editing and bass. And there's bass in 95% of all hiphop songs. And the lyrics ain't good either...
I hate rappers who ruins the songs with all those voice editing and shit.

It should be raw and true!

@ Blai: Drake actually sing it, he don't even use auto tune except people slight alter fo and his rhyme are really good, in fact he has received the most buzz this year, heres another song.

I must agree, Cassidy and Kanye are the S**T and they have great rhymes too. Although, I have not heard from Cassidy in a while though.

Rap was great in the 90s. Where the only way you got big was by leaking you songs for 5 years straight and giving away EPs for free. The stuff they also talked about represented what rap was about...talking about living in the slum. Finding it hard to blow

Now in the present, any one can become a rapper and get brought in by other big stars. Also we all hear the same recycled shit where people just talk about the same things "buss cap in ur ass" "i am a pimp"

Kadodo your sig is over kill with the size of it

Yeah it's true that rap is about living in the slum or finding it hard to blow. I have to say that a lot of artists started out that way. However, when you become so popular and very big in the industry it becomes useless to talk about the slum and stuff like that.

Yeah I used to have a software that helped reduce the size of it but I lost it in the process of rebooting my computer. But i'll change it soon. Hopefully before a mod takes it out.... lol
