So Jimbei refused or abstain, I think Luffy is going to convince Jimbei to join. If not, then he'll force Jimbei like he did with Franky. I can't wait to see what Oda will do with this situation. Maybe we'll see some comedy in the way Jimbei will join the SH pirates. I sure hope Jimbei will join.

hahaha everyone, me included thought he will join! But, it seems like he refused! hahah MAJOR TROLL ON ODA PART!!! lmfao. however, i could be wrong and luffy fights him to join his crew. Unless of course jimbei explains why he can't join!

What!Poseidon is Shirahoshi?hehehe,This arc become more interesting.

Jinbe initially declining does not surprise since a lot of the Straw Hats did the same thing. I wonder how Luffy'll convince him to join.

i joined just to say this.....WHY ODA!!!?? why did u troll us soo hard??? i can believe luffy would do a franky/brook thing and refuse their refusal if the title didnt say "jinbei abstained" ='( i didnt rely want jinbei to join only for the fact that i wanted to keep the monster trio but i still love jinbei!!

This a sad and dark day indeed for FI. Jimbei does not know what he got himself into after declining his invitation to be a SH. Luffy is going to kick his ass and force him to join. He has no choice now. Unfortunately, FI is going to be destroyed along with this fight!!

THis is so far from the end of JInbe for Nakama.. He clearly tells Luffy he has a duty to fulfill, and to ask again another time.. There is still much more that will pan out on FI I guess.. It's into the denoument (resolution) of the arc... Now the mysteries all begin to show their ends...

And Joy boy mad a promise to the Mermaid Princess of the Void Century?!?! And a fated man would return to honor his promise??
And now Luffy is here, and Shirahoshi is the destined princess of legend.. and now we know she's Poseidon!!!!???
Now this is getting interesting...

Poseidon is Shirahoshi? Wow, It makes perfect sense when you think about it. Could Pluton be a living creature as well?

I don't think Pluton is a person, since well, Franky had the blueprints of it. However it's fantastic news that Shirahoshi is Poseidon and that the ancient weapons spawns from time to time and isn't always around kind of like Pluton which you have to build a new one.

The Poseidon thing is interesting, since she can literally control the greatest weapons of the sea giant creatures that can crush anything. wish we could have a flashback story to joy boy

holy crap i never realized she was poseidon!!!! Yes i agree with poneglyph, oda has not thrown a curve ball at us and is slowly taking the attention away from jimbei joining the SH's. If that is the case, the arc is not done yet and there is more to explain about who joy boy is and what neptune was talking about, about "noah"! This is getting interesting. I think this is the beginning of finding out what the poneglyph's mean!!

I always thought poseidon was a living person but more in the sense two people as in pos? and don? or some sort of incomplete being lol and a mythical being of sorts than mermaid princess.the spoilers seems interesting hearing about joy boy and what not...waiting for full text~
