Ok this movie might not actually disappoint unlike the past 5 Naruto Shippuden movies did for me.

But man the trailer makes Kushina look ugly as a Jonin. Her outfit doesn't fit her imo. Other than that, wtf is with Sakura's dad of all being Hokage? I seriously hope that is mistranslation or something even though I'll still watch the movie.

BTW where is the info that Sakura's dad is the Hokage?

They have some decent music lined up and sexy Hinata is a nice touch.

She could give Anko a run for her money consider she openly shows off her chest in fishnet lol.

Hope another trailer comes out with a bit more info.

look at the picture of sakura parents in the top right there is a pic of hokage mountain with sakuras dad on it, it seems i think there is where people got the idea he was the hokage

Well,when you think about it,Sakura's father being the Hokage could mean that he's the worst shinobi ever in the real world,which would actually make this kinda funny.

Also,we have Minato who might be a total noob as a shinobi in this alternate universe. Imagine that.

That would mean every strong shinobi would be week and every weak shinobi like Tenten would be strong. That kinda leaves a bad taste in my mouth

Seems like Madara and the black Kyuubi will be the main villain in this movie. That's good, I hate the normal movie villains, they're so plain and generic.

I was excited for the movie till I realized that Sakura might get an important role and take up movie time better used for action. Let alone her dad being the Hokage even for a non canon movie.

Now I'm dreading the moments where Sakura pines over Sasuke and doesn't want to come out of the illusion.

This movie sounds good. Naruto is still a Jinchuuriki in the alternate timeline. But the refreshing part would be different personalities for the characters than their original counterpart. I wonder how Kakashi and Sasuka would be like.

From the Japanese television show Sakiyomi Jan Bang comes an interview with the world famous Masashi Kishimoto, creator of Naruto! This interview is geared specifically toward Road to Ninja: Naruto the Movie.

Kishimoto-sensei mentions that in the manga story, both Minato and Kushina are dead so he wasn’t able to include much of a family life. However, Road to Ninja gave him the opportunity to write scenes where Naruto was able to grow up a happy life with loving parents. In the video below you will see Kishimoto-sensei drawing and talking about how he did the storyboard for the movie, but since he wasn’t completely satisfied with his work, he had help in making them perfect.

Not included in the video, Kishimoto-sensei was asked “If you could be one of the characters in Naruto, who would it be?” His response was “Naruto” because if he was able to split himself into 17 people with the Shadow Clone Jutsu, then he would be able to draw the manga much better and finish the manuscript for the series by just doing one page.

Don't know, but here's some previously released info about it:
This 34 minute long DVD rebuilds the Naruto world with computer generated representations of the original manga artworks. Additionally, the DVD shows the creator of Naruto, Masashi Kishimoto, draw the cover of the DVD, provide commentary and participate in a long interview.

The discussion for the original DVD spawned from Kishimoto-sensei himself along with a few key editors from Shonen Jump during Japan’s Golden Week earlier this year (April 29 to May 6). With Road to Ninja: Naruto the Movie coming out next month, this lead the creation time for the original DVD around two to three months. From planning to the actual drawings to staff selection to production of music to shooting the interview, much effort has gone into the creation of this original work! And to put the work into numbers – it has cost over 100 million yen ($1,252,030 US Dollars) to produce Motion Comic Naruto!
