Even so, it's likely Kishimoto would have taken whatever route he decides to, anyway. A movie won't change that. So people getting their underwear in a bunch over the possibility that sakura has a major role in the movie is rather pointless.

Of course. However, what good is getting all bothered that Sakura has a main role in the movie? Yes, it is interesting that the rookies appearances are all slightly different, and we wan't to see that explained, but here is the thing: That will be explained. Sakura having a main role in the Movie won't change that.

Also we have to keep in mind that this is based mostly on what we believe the content of the movie will be. It could be completely left field from what we are thinking.

I agree now that I know that Kishimoto is, in fact, involved. However, even if it does, it won't change the fact that those developments were likely to happen regardless of the movie. So if people were to have an issue with Sakura possibly having a main role in the movie, then the reasons would be obvious, and they shouldn't try to cover it up by saying that her having a main role would take away from the rest of the rookies.

If it was Hinata with the main role over the other rookies. Everyone would throw a parade in the street, everyone's problem with Sakura is deeply hinted towards their fanboyism of Hinata. These people would care less about any of the other rookie 9 roles, hopes or dreams really.

I wonder are there any Japanese forums where they discuss/retell the plot of the movie? WHy do they show movie only in Japan? I think Naruto has fans everywhere in the world, they could do so much more money) It is definitely a blockbuster!!!

Another new poster. It seems like Sasuke has also changed and actually likes Sakura. And you can see that Kakashi and Gai are acting differently. Can't wait for the changes for the others to be confirmed.

It seems like Gai has now become dull and not in that youthful crap he talks about, Kakashi has gained a bright personality and it full of energy, Sasuke isn't bent on revenge for the Uchiha Clan anymore and treats Sakura better. While Naruto... is just plain ol' Naruto

Kishimoto's concept art for Sexy!Hinata. More concept art of the rookies will be coming to promote the movie. Yes, all the Rookie 9 are acting differently in this genjutsu world except for Naruto and Sakura. Shy!Ino and Punk!Shikamaru should be next.
