    joining requests

    can other groups ask people here to join their groups? if you can help i will be grateful since i just joined a new group which needs some japanese translators and wondering if i can ask people about joining.

    You can always make a post in the Staff and Project Resources and request that your group needs a translator, editor, something else.
    If a member or someone form another group wants to help, they will reply.

    okay that will help the group i am in. um another thing, do groups have to be registered here so they can make request for members?

    No - you can request a scanlator status on mh here see rules but that is not required to make a recruitment thread / post in the staff & projects section.

    Sure but you can contact any of the staff members by viewing the forum leaders tab under quick links.
    I might not be online when you are so if you need to have something answered quickly be sure to contact a staff member who is online.
