MangaHelpers' Best Full Cast 2011 is...

FULL METAL ALCHEMIST

Set in a fictional universe in which alchemy is one of the most advanced scientific techniques known to man, the story follows the brothers Edward and Alphonse Elric, who want to restore their bodies after a disastrous failed attempt to bring their mother back to life through alchemy.
They are striving to find the legendary Philosopher's Stone so that they may recover parts of their bodies that they lost in an attempt to bring their mother back to life. Therefore, Edward joins the state military and discovers that several members of the military are also attempting to get the stone and using it to destroy humanity and control the world. Many dark secrets are revealed which are of a matter to concern to both brothers and the nation.

I nominate Bleach for Best Full Cast. There is at least one character in Bleach you can't help but love. Each character has their own unique personality and pasts. Bleach has one of if not the best Full cast of all mangas.

First, I wanted to suggest One Piece, but since it's the last year's winner, I support Fairy Tail's nomination.

Character designs are unique, each of the major ones has an interesting background and interesting abilites.

Sure, the major appeal of the manga is Yotsuba herself, but it wouldn't be half as good without the Ayase family, Jumbo and even that darn Yanda for Yotsuba to play off of.

I guess I'll back up the nomination for Fullmetal Alchemist.

It has an huge cast, probably the largest I have seen, and all of them are loveable and well developed.

Hardly there is any point of describing the whole cast , but so far there are 3 superpowers (kinda something like that) with lots of members each unique on its own.
