I'd like to nominate Shirahoshi from One Piece for the best character design.

Because everyone is wondering how that large baby came out of her mother ... No, for real: She's a huge and beautiful mermaid. Actually one of the finest creations Oda made up IMHO.

Her dresses, her smile, her movements ... there is something very unique about her

Have you guys seen his new Bankai? Plus Ichigo's eyes are the best I have seen in any manga. Heck Kubo is probably the best shounen drawer IMHO.

Because he just looks so badass, cool, awesome, kick-ass. And he doesn't sparkle.

I nominate Eumenes from Historie for the best character design.

Well, since I just couldn't decide which character from Vinland Saga I should nominate I had decide to pick one character of my second most favourite piece of art. Eumenes. And why him? Hitoshi Iwaaki has a unique style of main characters (Shinichi, Damipos, Eumenes,...). They look alike but there are these little details which makes them recognizable. Just simple look at Eumenes is enough for you to know he is a sympathetic guy.

though i hate his guts , i nominate Sasuke from Naruto.

not only is the character it self well designed but also his abilities and eye power

I nominate Shihōin Yoruichi for best character design.

Although her drawing isnt that complicated as of some of the other characters especially in bleach , her design is pretty damn good and with nice enough proportions in most cases
