I'm sure that there's a mistake in the subs, when Kintarou said silver hadoukyuu I think it said Gin Hadoukyuu can go up to 108 levels.
That's what I was stating lol.
He's pointing out that he mentioned it a few pages ago lol
i except the match of momo be similar like manga
I've watched episode 2! I thought it'd have much more effects than the first episode...
I think the pace was almost 3 chapters per episode.
Did I see a filler?
I wish to have more effects in the next episodes!
Next Episode: Doubles matches!
Episode 2 with subs is up --> http://www.animeultima.tv/new-prince...nglish-subbed/
Lol...didn't like echizen getting into a random doubles match with those guys pointless change imo. Oni vs Momo made the match more tolerable than it was in the manga for me so thats a plus.
Anyone else wonder how much extra stuff they could cram in the episodes if they toned down the angry stare still shots that are littered through out every episode lol?
Yeah, Echizen and Kintarou playing doubles is weird, the part where Kurobe was talking alone was good, we even saw some of Momo's stats lol.
Does Momoshiro stat counts as "Cannon", lol XD
I want to see this double so bad. I hope the anime won't skip it.
The filler and stuff was to be expected, as NPoT is ridiculously fast and action-skipping. Konomi probably talks to the anime directors, and he himself supposedly said he welcomes the differences in the anime because he thinks having the viewers watch something they already read in the manga is boring, so he probably suggested some of the changes. They sure are amping up the Ryoma / Tokugawa rivalry, though, and you can see that the difference between the strong high schoolers and the middle schoolers is starting to get to everyone.

Anyone else miss the intro and outro songs by the seiyuu's?
Kinda, but after the first few times i usually skip openings and endings so i can't say it matters to me too much.
A lot of times, I just listen to openings and endings while I was doing something else and then I scroll back and actually start at the beginning of the episode. I'll click on the video, but then not necessarily start watching, so the opening will just play.
