Indeed it's very powerful; enough that Miria (a number one material), whose deal is speed, is forced to nearly go over her limit to keep up. But now that we know Teresa was essentially the one who downed Hysteria, PSYA still keeps its crown when it comes to haxxness. Hell, even the Org agrees.
