I support Robin. Well, I liked her appearance the most. Her importance in the whole plot is arguably one of the most important. I like her deviance among the SH, her dark humor. And I liked the theory she's based on Mia Wallace (Pulp Fiction) XD.

I Nominate Tashigi

Not only has she shown her desire to grow and to become a worthy Marine, but she has "learned" from Smoker "Real Justice".
Based on her actions as a marine Tashigi represents (IMO) what constitutes the best qualities of the Marines...

So even though I'd rather find Hancock or Robin sleeping in my bed, Tashigi is my vote based on Guts, Character and Skill.

As said earlier, her role in the story is of great importance. Plus, even after her back story, I still find her a mystery...who's trying to reveal the greatest mysteries. :P

and she loves money and she's independent and pretty much the one that is like the sister/mother figure of the crew.

This. Hard to choose between her and Robin though, I absolutely love Robin! But Nami's interactions with the rest of nakama is what made me vote for her. The way she freely beats up Luffy and treats him (without fear, even), as well as treating Zoro, is what made me go for her.
