Best Technique

If I could choose one technique, be it in the real world or in the world of Naruto, I would choose Hiraishin from Namikaze Minato. Even tough it was a hard decision between Kage Bunshin no Jutsu, but I think Hiraishin is more fun.

I think he meant natural energy as in lightning being energy created through natural phenomena. The term just has a double meaning in Naruto: Natural energy as in the energy coming from a natural source, and natural energy as in "energy in the environments and in every living creature" related to molding Sage Chakra.

Anyway Kirin is a very conditional technique as you need 1) lightning affinity to even control the lightning and 2) either natural thunder clouds or to create them artificially through e.g. Katon techniques and possibly have surroundings that support it, like at the Uchiha base where Sasuke used Amaterasu's surrounding heat.

I think this technique is probably the most OP tech in the manga, but I'm going to go with popular opinion and say Hiraishin. Costless teleportation is broken in any video game, any manga, any story period. We've seen how fast A moves with his armor on...Minato could barely react to his attack. He was able to use Hiraishin TWICE in the time that he dodged A's attack. That's OP as hell. He can tag you and teleport to you. He can teleport to a moving tag. It's just uber.

Mangekyou Sharingan considered a technique? Because not only do you get incredibly powerful jutsu, but it's easily the most balanced "hax" jutsu in the manga, as it's the only one with immediate consequences to it's use/overusage.

Nevermind. I'm going with Kirin. The ability to pull out a mountain-razing jutsu in 1/1000th of a second with practically no chakra cost to you is... amazing. And it's not even the power or cool shape of it I like the most. It's the thought of taming one of the most destructive forces of nature. You take REAL lightning and drop it on someone. That's the kinda shit GODS do, lmao. Screw using your own chakra, demand that the skies strike your enemy down.

Hiraishin no jutsu, Minato's only weapon, and with rasengan pretty much all he needed to pwn all the kages in the world... even tobi lol

I would say overall Iron Sand ( jiton ? )

And if we can't count Iron Sand, than i say "Satetsu Kaihō " - Sand Iron World Method
This jutsu was pretty deadly even without poison
