Best Fighting Style can for example be the fighting style that is the most effective in various forms (most effective in landing hits, most chakra conservative, most effective in dealing with different opponents etc). It can also be best because it's the most entertaining to watch or coolest.

He's the perfect fighter. He doesn't do any useless actions during his fights and he has always a backup move.

Rock Lee/Might Gai's style has to be my favorite. I love watching their taijutsu matches.

Then, it's a tossup between Kakashi and Jiraiya.

So many options! I'll have to go with Kimimaro. I've always liked his kekkai genkai the most and his fighting style (especially without the curse seal) is just super cool. I mean, any guy who has a fighting style that revolves around extracting his own bones, and is able to do so without flinching is pretty damn awesome.

I would go with Naruto's Kuyubi Chakra Mode.
That's really damn powerful and versatile mode, when you can do practically everything.
