The fact that he opposed his fellow hollows just to have a fair fight VS Ichigo makes him my favorite Arrancar.
Grimmjow. His backstory, personality, actions, and resolution all meshed. His design was primal yet elegant as he wanted to become a king through brute force. His resolve was unrelenting. And he blew up a frickin building with his elbows. Nuff said.
Laid back personality, awesome resurrection added with his back story makes Starrk my favorite hollow. He never came of as a bad character from day one.

He was strong but he never looked down on his allies or enemies. He had a befitting resurreccion and abilities.
I would go with Stark. His personality is really the best among all Arrancars. And he had also a great design both in his normal form and in his Ressureccion form.
Blunt, Violent, sarcastic, Sadistic, Psychotic grin
I'll go with Stark because he wields Guns in a sword fight lol.
Grimjow, he was built up so intriguingly. I wonder why he was killed
Metastacia, the Legendary hollow that made the epic of Kuchiki Rukia versus Aaroniero Arruruerie possible.
Nnoitra as the best hollow/villian, hands down:
He has respect for authority for his own benefit but won't miss the smallest chance to slip away from his orders.
He cares for nothing but eliminating those he hates and won't hesitate to cheat or use cheap tactics to win.
He is a mysoginistic and abusive boss.
He is well aware of his own strength and defects.
He is extremely powerful and has a talent for battle.
Above all, his huge size, physical strength and odd proportions make him look more menacing than what he would've been looking like any other character. This page: http://www.mangareader.net/94-703-7/...apter-249.html shows that he will restrain himself from attacking superiors but won't let them treat him like trash either. His hand crushing the wall, his cold, sunken and always calculating eyes, no matter the emotion he appears to be showing is all part of the little details that make a good villian. Considering all the attention to detail surrounding him, I'm surprised not many people remember him.
Ulquiorra, the hollow with more character development, and the only one that was, strenght-wise, epic.
Not only the Second Resurrection, but also the fact that, in his base mode, he easily swatted away Urahara's attack.
Considering the First Espada was defeated by a Shikai from a captain that is arguably weaker than Urahara, that says a lot about his strenght, considering he traded away even more power for regeneration
Ulquiorra, for defying his nature to try to find emotion. (nihilism remember...)
