i wanted to nominate the first encounter with crocus, that was just hilarious, but seeing it has been nominated already i would say luffy mistaking usopp for "norland, the liar". it is already well made in the manga but the anime in this scene is just the best: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wzDHz7EgnEY

LOL that fight was so amusing . Just imagining Usopp as Zoro's sword is enough to make me laugh for several minutes Plus Kaku and Jabra contributed in making that moment one of the funnies of OP
