There was a spoiler on Mangastream forums with participation of Moria and also a little skirmish with Smoker, but iw was too good to be true, thus I didn't post it, but if anyone wants to read it it should be still there.

No, that's, as we've seen before, the combination of Busoshoku Haki with Gear Second. In other words, Red Hook.

It's pretty humorous the person leaching the spoilers here even bothered to post that cover picture, as if it wasn't funny looking enough they clearly didn't make the connection between the translated spoiler text and that image lol

I really doubt nothing happens. It might be a chapter sort of like chapter 442 or chapter 490.. The sort of chapter we have after pretty much every arc, where the SH's are just chilling around and interacting in an everyday manner. And like Poneglyph420 said, those chapters are seldom completely uneventful. Most likely some new information about the New World will come to light or maybe we'll see their reactions towards what the others did during the time-skip and learn more about that, etc. I hardly think Oda would write a chapter that neither moves the plot forward nor provides us with new information... That's pretty much never happened.

Yes, the spoiler does not reveal the dialog which will obviously be mixed with humor and information as well. Humor is part of One Piece, even in most serious chapters it was present, why not in a chapter like this? A laid-back chapter, a transition one as well. The whales are enough to place the chapter as a good one in my view.

I really think the log pose will be a center theme in this one as well, the comedy and fan-service were mentioned by the provider as he thought that might be thing most would react positively about.

As far as I remember, Laboon's tribe were in West Blue, and not in the goddamn entrance of the NW.

So? If I'm allowed to remind you: West Blue is linked to New World through the Calm Belt. So a whole giant whale tribe could easily pass the Calm Belt and go for the New World.

Alternatively there maybe is a way for a little giant whale kid to get onto the West Blue...

Well i personally don't mind if nothing happens this chapter 'cause i really missed to see them chilling out you know . I mean after they surface they will go through hard times again so i enjoy seeing them relaxing like good all times , they deserve to have peaceful times as well.
Really can't wait for this chapter

Transition chapters are nessacary so I'm not complaining. The next volume cover looks really cool though, I didn't realize that Luffy fist is that much aflame when using Red Hawk or Hook
