Its just me or the arcobaleno are the real heroes of the manga this whole time? Seriously i want this arc in anime now... For me it feels like the whole point of the manga was this arc. These arcobaleno characters are perfect. Just how strong will the final bad guy be? I just want to see Fon now... and see all arcobaleno uncursed together beating the crap of him. These guys alone could take control of the whole Mafia world lol nobody stand a chance against them

Even when there are so many post pointing how of a waste was this chapter, I actually like it.
It's true that Tsuna get all over the top, for not recognize reborn in his adult form, but he hadn't been the most brilliant in the series, he only was the one with most common sense, that's why he denies what is abnormal or impossible, just like talking babies, mafia stuff and babies changing to adult in seconds. Tsuna is still in denial about all this impossible mafia world where everything is possible ;D ... And to tell the true he is just to lazy to uses his brain and make the conections about the arcobalenos and the curse, still hopes he recognize reborn in his adult form to see his expresion ...

It's true that Reborn could have had the lesson-chat with Tsuna in his baby form, but what they needed as a team was to buy time and hold Iemitsu a bit, so Tsuna could catch up, so thats why I think Reborn take the desicion to remove his curse. And about that speech, it was all in bulls eye. I mean, from my point of view, HDWTsuna was always arrogant and acts like he was superior like he could defeat anyone anytime, but whitout Reborn we all know that could not have been...

Yeah with all the things tsuna have come through and how his power level last arc was hype, I can't really blame Tsuna from being the strongest imbalance character that even the 9th generation couldn't handle while they can to a power level reset, i guess poor tsuna didn't got a letter from amano that there is power reset and he is back to struggling instead of owning all character about now

But oh well how can the story continue if he is overwhelming powerful

I liked this chapter a lot. It looked like Reborn shot his own foot to increase his speed with Sun flame but it was just an underground bullet. But dislocating his arms was epic. Sun flames heal him up in no time anyways.

As for Tsuna not recognizing Reborn, I don't mind it all too much. It was actually pretty funny watching Collonello's and Lal's reaction to it. Plus I think Tsuna has got it stuck in his head that Reborn will always be his baby sized home tutor, not an awesome assassin in a suit saying Chaos as hello.

Also Imeitsu is so underrated, holy crap we got to see him go all out for a few secs. But man it was awesome. One of the best short battles ever. Also the father vs son battle next week should be fun to watch.

I predict an X-Burner or something more old school. Still waiting on Tsuna vs Xanxus 2.0 though.

I thought I was not going to get a Reborn vs Iemitsu and here it is! I am happy.

I am ok with a character surprisingly being strong out of the blue but not when we saw weakness before and now going with a: "Did you knew he was THIS strong after all?" So he was just trolling Oregano and Turmeric about being stabbed by a fake of someone he knew for years. Did you knew he was stronger than Xanxus, Byakuran, Enma and Daemon Spade? no!? well he was! kthnxbye.

Iemitsu was taken by surprise that time. It seems all points he's going to lose his watch. If so, I hope Hibari hasn't survived without the intervention of Fon. That would make sense: Tsuna was overpowered by Iemitsu, but with the help of an Awaken Arcobaleno he is capable of turning the tables, Hibari is 1 vs 5 against Varia (he's against Bel, Squalo and may be Xanxus), but with the help of an Awaken Arcobaleno, he is capable of surviving this time.
Even so, i think Hibari will have broken Levi and Lussuria's watches. I mean part of the reason team Verde and team Fon are surviving, may be because of popularity. So if Byakuran, Zakuro, Kikyo and Gamma have already lost, i doubt Levi or Lussuria will survive much longer.

Haha tsuna is so dense..but he imagined reborn before his curse as a baby right? So he's most likely assuming that all the arcobaleno were already retarded faced babies before the curse. He hadnt seen any arcobaleno's released forms (skull was far away, Colonello turned into a baby b4 tsuna arrived) yet so he didn't recognize reborn. And geez, Amano was trying to make us laugh, she probably got tired of the seriousness and added a joke in. And reborn's saving his incurred time so he can appear again, it wouldn't be interesting the second time round of tsuna actually knew it was reborn. Don't be so hard on her and tsuna

In this fight against his father you could say he was a little arrogant and all he did was to vent his frustration on his father 'cause he was always away from home. In a way i understand him , i mean i think it's normal for him to feel that way after all it's not nice to grow up without your both parents.
What i don't agree is that you said he always was arrogant and felt superior in all the battles he had till now. On contrary IMO it's exactly the opposite, all his opponents till now were arrogant and felt superior seeing his peaceful personality 'cause let's face it Tsuna never wanted to hurt anyone no matter how evil that someone was. And yes i agree that Reborn was mainly the one who helped him win all the battles but that's 'cause of Tsuna's personality , so a person like Reborn was necessary to make him realize that he has the ability to be the boss of the strongest mafia family.
I repeat in this battle i think his arrogance and every mistake he made are justified. I would hate my father as well if he was like Iemitsu.
Reborn is there to tell him what he already knows deep inside but refuses to accept.

Well it's official...Tsuna's finally a real mafioso: he's lost his common sense...Yeah the beginning of theis chapter disappointed me, not just because Tsuna's portrayed as a total idiot, but because he's alsoways been the one who could recognize Reborn in his disguises. Now it seems like all of that was a waste. And Reborn just went along with it, not completely sure why, but he seemed to act as if he had the pride of finally fooling his student (when he changed back anyway). Sure, it's funny, but it's something that should've been earlier on in the series. Although now, the reveal of his adult form being so ealier is sort of justified, I hope Amano compensates for this later on...DX (Oddly enough, I can't even blame the character as much as the author this time.

I also wasn't too keen on the whole Chaossu/Chaos greeting. I always though Chaossu was clever, being a combination of Ciao and Ossu. It's odd how Reborn doesn't seem to have any problems with any other words...

The rest of it was amazing though. We did in fact get to see Reborn fight, even if just a little (but hey, some people weren't expecting anything, and the lessons certainly seemed effective. I loved seeing Lal and Colonnello's anime falls. It's rare to see them act like that (especially Lal). Tsuna's finally got his resolution, although I don't see how Iemitsu really differs that much from most of his other opponents in terms of experience (maybe because he's the oldest opponent he's ever had...but then what about Daemon Spade?) Well, maybe cause he's not actually trying to kill the dude...I don't know. Regardless, my god! My prayers have been back! Zero Point Breakthrough is back! I don't know about anyone else, but I hate it when old techniques are forgotten. XD

I look forward to the end of this fight so we can finally move on to Hibari and the Varia (just how many chapters is the 2nd battle going to be?! @_@)

I have to agree with you. It totally makes sense for Tsuna to be pissed off at his dad and lose his resolution and yada yada. I don't think HDWM Tsuna was that arrogent either, maybe it was just because he was so different from normal Tsuna that he seemed that way, but it was definitely most of his opponents who thought they could get the best of him (heck if he felt some pride when his dad left, would he really be dame-Tsuna?) I do think Reborn was on to something though when he said his arrogance grew with his fights. Tsuna's never really lost any fights (not ones that didn't continue after few minutes/counted in the end), so maybe he was starting to grow overconfident. Who knows?
