Yeah that is a chapter I did not see coming, but yeah I loved it!! Did Fon take them out, or was it a two vs four split? Would hope to see a recap of Fon kicking ass with kun-fu and that would mean my prediction is wrong that Fon team is out so what other team lost Skull team??

Actually I think Team Fon will be taken out and Hibari probably to join Tsuna team later.

I have to say i didn't think i would see Tsuna using X burner without a 2nd thought right in his father's face Nice one there , that made me extra happy
As for the 2nd part of the chapter i expected the other Varia members except Squalo to be eliminated , i mean we're talking about Hibari here so there's no helping it but i didn't expect Fon to use his present time 'cause i think Hibari would have managed by himself. Well now that he used i can't wait to see him fight and i have to say i'm always surprised by how much the 2 of them resemble each other , it's like they're brothers or something

The chapter was rather good.
I would say Hibari is too powerful! He managed to take down three of the top Varia members without practically breaking a sweat and we should consider that their power got way higher after they got their rings upgraded before the Tournament. And I don't actually get why now Fong enters the fight? Don't think that Hibari can't take Squalo now. Looks like fanservice. Also Fong really looks like Hibari, but a bit older)

Also iemitsu looks really funny, when he told Tsuna, that the fight was funny.
Also Reborn saying that he will easily destroy Lal Myrch and Colonello was funny. I really like his character.
And Tsuna is really dumb as hell))) How can't he tell that it was Reborn?))

Xanxus + Mammon (Released Form)

vs.

Hibari + Fon

Squalo won't even fight these two... at the start of next weeks chapter Squalo will look back with Xanxus' voice yelling "HES MINE" or something haha. It's going to be epic... and one of these two teams will be the 2nd team to be eliminated.. my money is on Xanxus losing (which I dont like but know will happen).

Also, I was very happy to see this from Tsuna. I have a feeling Reborn is trying to get Tsuna to as close in power as Reborn is. I think Reborn is visualizing a final battle to decide the winner with it being Tsuna + Reborn (Released) vs. Mukuro + Verde (Released)... the reason I say that is because we all know Mukuro has the most fan service lol.

Edit: On second thought... do you guys think Iemitsu might end up being the "final boss" for Tsuna in this battle? I'm starting to think that Iemitsu is leagues above the other guardians including Mukuro... not sure. Iemitsu might be the final opponent for Tsuna and then Reborn has a 1 on 1 battle with Colonello.. which would make sense story-wise as well because we have known Colonello waaaaay longer than any of the other arcobalenos. A reborn vs. colonello released battle would be freaking insane.

I hate Tsuna, I'm happy to admit that. But Tsuna, when he's like this in HDW, still impresses me to this day.

Oh, and Hibari is insane. My predictions are XX loses his boss watch this time. Hibari, Mukuro and Tsuna will clearly survive. Enma wasn't fighting this week, although he will lose soon, solely because the only thing that his familia have left to show is Julie, and there's no way his illusions can match up to Mukuro's, or Flan's, or even Chome's. Next fight will be Tsuna vs his dad part 2, with Tsuna winning, Enma vs Mukuro with Flan solo'ing, just to show how powerful he can be, and Hibari vs Dino.

I'm enjoying this arc, but to be honest the power levels are all over the place. It seems that people got upgraded only to end up losing anyway. I guess that is what I get for thinking everyone will be equal in strength to at least make the battles more interesting, but that is not the case. Anyway, great chapter, maybe Viper will join the party if Xanxus doesn't awaken.

I agree about hoping to see some flashbacks in the next chapter--I expect we will.

(And Hibari looks piiiiiiissed that Fon joined the fight. I'm really wondering what their relationship is now. Fon seems almost to be acting like a protective older brother, but it's already been confirmed they're not siblings [in the Haru Haru Interview with Fon]. I guess I'll wait for the mangastream version to come out to see if the trans is any different and reveals more.)

On another note, I also agree that Tsuna firing his X-burner right up in his dad's face was a pretty sweet move. 8DDD

That chapter get to my good graces (most of all because of the last page)

But actually to see Tsuna putting up a little figthing spirit as cool,
and I can't avoid but like Iemitsu even more, he's makin into my top 10 favorite Reborn's characters.

Someone just said Hibari beated up all Levi, Luss and Bel (wrong, it was Fon who beat them, but rephrasing Hibari, it was an unnecessary move, since Hibari could take care of the three of them easily.)

Was it my impression o Fon personality seems to have changed, his last prhases seemed a little bit out o character to me and most of all his face expression it looked a lot as the starving animal face that Hibari makes, I know they are similar in apearence but shouldn't Fon have a more calm one?

Theres someone who said that Viper team will lose, and I (even not liking it) agree with that.

Hibari will not lose till he figth Tsuna. (if it's not what the purpose of all this?)

Here goes my next battles prediction:

Not sure who will figth who, but Team Skull will get eliminated most likely by CEDEF but it can be by the hands of Mukuro either.

Final Stage: Tsuna + Reborn + Yamamoto + Gokudera + Chrome vs. Mukuro + Flan + Verde vs. Hibari + Fon vs Iemitsu + Lal + Basil + Colonello. (with a fantastic battle between Reborn and Colonello)

The trans is mostly fine but THEY USED "HER" TO REFER TO FON, WTF?! FON IS DEFINITELY A GUY. Nvm, they fixed it.

And I was going to mention that about his facial expression, but I figure it's just the way the shadows are falling on his face...? I'm also pretty sure that Fon is calm and nice. <3 I don't think his words were out of character, though; he just wants to help out Hibari so that he's not alone against the Varia.
