Your path in Gourmet Age

So, if you would had had a posibility to reside in Toriko World during this Gourmet Age who would have you been?
Would you prefer to be a Bishokuya and hunt tons of different ingridients and explore the mysteries of the world?
Would you prefer to be a cook and cook ingridients captured by different Bishokuya?
Or would choose to be Saiseys and help revive ingridients and cure those who need your medical skills?

P.S. Also explain your choise if posible.

Being a Bishokukai is a good profession. So I choose it.

Saiseiya: protecting the ingredients which are nearly to being extinct. They seem to have great skills too (cure, offence, etc ) They are neutral and imo they are due to that the balance that keeps certain ingredients alive when they can keep them alive.

I would choose Bishokuya.
I like to travel like Toriko all over the World, explore and try tons of delicious ingridients as I really like to eat delicious things in real life..))
