Actually I was wondering if the rain, in the end, could be summoned by Sasuke. You know, 'with his new ultrastrong eyes, he set the country on fire and then summonned countless Kirins'..
The doublespread's going to be so dramatic, with Sasuke standing in rain and thunders and bolts....

Why exactly is everyone saying Kirin isn't as strong as we were led to believe it was in its initial use? We've only seen it once and it struck a Susanoo.

plus bulding up to kirin uses lots of chakra(the jutsu itselft doesnt use his chakra but the dragon fireballs he uses to heat the air uses a huge chunk of his chakra) so thats not something he'll initiate with.

I wonder if that would actually be viable. If EMS really never "loses it's light", could Sasuke be gearing up to just spam Amaterasu in the sky for unlimited thunderstorms? Kishi would probably never let that happen, lol, but it begs the question.

Kirin is a fairly low cost technique considering how amazing it is. Only a handful of shinobi can dodge or defend themselves against it, and two Fire Dragons to produce Kirin is hardly nothing as a trade for Kirin. Just compare it to for example FRS, which is extremely costly, although it's likely more powerful or at least about equal. Kirin destroyed the whole Uchiha Hideout, including the hill it was built on, as well as Itachi's Susano'o at an unknown stage. With other words it's power is unquestionable. If Sasuke is planning on using it again, I'll say it's long overdue. Kirin is my favorite technique in Naruto and is monstrous, cool and hax. The doublespread with Sasuke will no doubt look fantastic.

anyways, I can't wait for the chapter, but it seems to me that there doesn't seem to have too much action on this chapter.

Honestly though, this is looking bad for us, the Manga seems to be coming to a close very soon, and though i believe that the Jyuubi will be revived, i somehow think it will be shortlived, 10 chapters max :/

but sasuke vs naruto 2 hasnt happened yet and tobi's still alive(for now lols) although he's basically easy picking for naruto now..the stability of his mind right now is akin to a fragile 2 yo...not good.
