We are used to the fast pace in Nurarihyon so this was was a little less filling than usual I agree ^^. But well it's hard too please everyone, I remember a few "complaints" on the short fights . For once we have a fight that last more than a couple of pages ^^.

Re: Nurarihyon no Mago by Shiibashi Hiroshi
I finally caught up and let this be a lesson. Mago doesn't stretch out the arcs (note: psyren's positive point too). Give me the shorter arc based manga. This arc was pretty good and I liked the condition that was set at the end.
So it seems the mastermind behind this hides his face. Hiding his face means two things:
1. he's some youkai we already know -> http://mangahelpers.com/s/fiva55/rea...13/14#apicture (this guy is someone I don't trust)
2. he hides his face because being among youkai obliges him -> making me believe he could be an onmyouji

The biggest virtue is to support these Seven Deadly Sins in their fight!!!
So who wants to place bets that the masked traitor / mastermind behind all of this had something to do with the death of Rikuo's father? I bet whoever this guy is, he was hoping to gain control of the group and didn't count on Rikuo actually being reliable.
Also, hybrid human/youkai Rikuo is very cool--the best parts of both personalities blended together. I was seriously worried that as the series went on, it would be all about Yoruo and human Rikuo would disappear completely in favor of the cooler version of him, but this is a good solution to that problem as we still get both characters.
It was interesting how Yura disappeared from this chapter. I wonder how much of everything she saw? Initially, she was right next to Rikuo, so you'd think she ended up seeing everything. It'd be kinda forced if at this point she doesn't know who Rikuo is, especially since he transformed pretty quickly after saving her, and even if for some reason she didn't clearly see that part, surely she must've seen grandpa show up?
