what ikki is calling sora (an-chan) doesn't necessarily mean 'brother', most commonly that particular term is used among yakuza men. ikki isn't exactly the type to call people by name as he usually has some kind of nickname for them (i think kururu and simca are the only ones he's only ever called by name; ringo and the noyamano sisters are referred to by name and some insulting nickname depending on how ikki is annoyed with them or not).

as for the world getting mad at seeing sora's true colors... well, that's what they get for wanting to have what they want served on a silver platter instead of striving for it themselves.

When it comes to Ikki and Sora, think of An-chan as "Dude" or "Man." In Air Gear, the characters have different ways of speaking. For instance, in the Japanese version the way Ikki speaks is kinda like a New York dialect, while people like Sora and Yoshitsune sound as if they're from the boonies, think a Southern dialect, "Aeon Clock" Sano's way of speaking could be thought of as a Miami dialect, in the early volumes Simca's way of speaking was kind of like how a California valley girl would speak, and so on.

So when Ikki speaks to Sora now, it's kinda like saying "Dude, I'll seriously have to kill you."

I don't think Ikki's last move did anything to Sora, and the cage that Ikki's talking about is just hyper-metaphors for Sora being one step ahead of him and planning on using Ikki as a global demonstration of the power that the Sky Regalia can give. In other words, Ikki's just Sora's pawn in this battle so he can show how much he can put the hurt on him, and how 99% of the world will be able to become just as invincible as he (Sora) is. Naturally, giving the people of the planet that much power is dangerous, because humans are dangerous, but Sora is willing to let it slide.

You see, to begin with, Sora's insane. Is it me, or does O!G has some freaking weird story-telling skills? I'm pretty sure that this is the fourth or fifth time Sora's true plans have changed. It's like, he's not even playing Xanatos Speed Chess or Xanatos Roulette; it's more like Xanatos Cee-Lo. He's coming up with shit on the fly and is still leagues ahead of Ikki.

And with a Tch! sound it is clear that its ikki's attack... To think about it... We have not seen the storm regalia yet ... and Ikki also has not seen what it can do actually... so that might the evolution the last page talks about

Ah, you're right. Ikki's still strong enough to land a blow on Sora, at this point. It seems that even with Sora's troll power-up, Ikki is still confident that he can beat, even kill Sora, now. Pretty stark contrast to how he was freaking out last chapter.

I want to see the panels where Sora gets handcuffed, perp walked out of the tower and has head lowered slowly as he's placed into a police car, all the while protesting his innocence and crying. Hopefully O!G will at least give us some bonus chapters where we see Nike being tried for his plethora of very serious crimes.

From what little we see of how Ikki trains, it's weird how OG! has him do some god-tier leveled shit at times.

true that it isn't shown much but it is implied by other characters that he has been training quite a bit. o!g for the most part has given more spotlight to other characters when they train and usually has ikki's training mentioned in passing.

i think if sora dies, it will either be a fake death (like o!g has done with aeon, gorgon, simca, nike) but only to find out in the final ending that he's stuck in prison along with nike. if sora dies for real, it will be his own doing like falling down to the bottom of the tower way below the surface because he was utterly beaten and can't "fly" anymore.
