Alrighty I should be updating soon, but what exactly should I update?

I think Kao is too powerful right now, it overlapping Cap'n Kappa, so I'm thinking about removing some of his super wind powers like "Wind God" and limit his flying ability to like 15 mins or so.

Also I was thinking of creating a villain, maybe rival crew or a vice marine?

That may work, he can be an NPC, or do you want to play both?

I will be updating, you just have to post a post with you character responding to the situation.
