I think you need to put some shading on the characters ,it will look a whole lot better.
In terms of colour theme,you tend to chose colours that are glaring to the eye.Try to avoid that.Chose something that is milder to the eye.
The yupi one does look good though.
i do have some colouring of HxH of my own,wonder should I post it up?

No can do. I like to cause people's eyes to glare. Well it's not that I don't appreciate
more subtle and milder colors. I do. But I think the bright colors is more my style.
Like a coloring book or something. I mean yeah it probably won't ever win
any coloring contests but it's more fun for me when I keep it simple and
really that's all I'm looking to do. For now at least.

Dude seriously. If I can post my itchy red eyes there's a visine for that coloring then you shouldn't have much problem.

WOW! I really like this colouring. The colour schemes for all of them seem quite good, I love Popeye's colour scheme and all of them seem pretty damn awesome looking in general. Thanks for this man! What do you use for your colourings?

The one tool I wish it had was a smudge tool. I could use a smudge tool.
Because it's like a lot of times I want to blend the colors together
and the best I can do is a motion blur...but that doesn't always work.

I guess it's a bit Naruto-ish as they have purple rope colors and it's always a weird style. But I dunno the purple just seems to work well for some reason.
Plus it's a pain in the neck trying to find brown.

At least you tried. Skin feels a bit off but I wont judge that :P

And about the colorings...Overall, quite well everyone but...Evident Lineart is a bitch. Take this as an advice, not as an offense please: If you use layers, please locate them over the colores and Multiply them to avoid that messy look. And remember always to give them a color aside black to make it look more blend with the rest of the work.

I know what you mean. It gives the impression that it's a kiddy story.
But now I know it's just a facade. Now it's one of my favorite volume
covers (my all time favorite is Volume 13. That one is just brilliant.)

I still don't care for Volume 1 back cover where Gon is wearing
overalls I think. It just looks kinda stupid on Ggn is what I think.

Agreed. That's one reason I like the bright colors. To me if it started off dark and gloomy and just stayed dark and gloomy...it would be kinda boring.

I'm guessing Mike ate a lot of "Mike Chow" to get to his current size.

Yesterday I challenged myself with a pixiv expressions meme-- featuring Killua, since I have a lot of trouble drawing him. And man I couldn't draw his poofy hair consistently to save my life! Most of the given expressions don't really match what I drew b/c I'm not good enough to pull them off (like that is not weeping.. that's like screaming, out of character)
