Tsunade will die. I am almost certain of that. Indications? The fact her dead lover appeared out of nowhere in a panel in her fight is no coincidence. The fact that the other dude whose name is not important said 'Tsunade will never lose' is no coincidence. The fact that Jiraya died against Rinnegan, Orochimaru vs Sharingan completes the cycle of deaths of the sannin by Tsunade dying vs Sharingan plus Rinnegan. It fits perfectly.

Tsunade fell right into Madara's greater plan. By now we all know the #1 Uchiha talent: mindfuckery.

Madara stood there, talked a bunch of garbage about how nobody was in Harishima's league. How Harishima didn't even need seals to heal. How Harishima had Mokuton. Blah, blah, blah..

Then Tsunade, in her INFINITE WISDOM, takes the bait and starts attacking to seemingly disprove his statements. She abandoned the central rule that she established herself.

Tsunade had a role to play and that was the role of healer. The other Kages, in comparison to her, are the true damage dealing members of the party. Tsunade should have stayed in the backrow, healed and observed.

Instead she ran out full force and ended up getting ran through in an instant.

Now what are the others supposed to do? Baaah.

Even IF she manages to heal that doesn't take away from the fact that she would be using a large volume of chakra to regnerate when it could have been better used elsewhere.

no,I think the right opposite,it's exactly because the war is ending that we need someone to die. it's true that Fu and Torune have already died (although FU may still be alive,who knows) but it's clear oonoki is about to die,he himself "stated" that in volume 59.

surely not ,sasuke wants to obtain the maximum ower of uchiha right now,the only things he may still long are Totsuka Sword and Yata mirror,and perhaps the rinnegan too. Also,Kabuto hates sasuke,it's his main goal right now,so I doubt they will join,especially since sasuke's "love",itachi,is there.
