I would go with Super Milk Time.
It grants Oga with a great power boost, especially if used correctle.

My nomination: Father Switch aka Trying Harder.
My reason: When you're able to grasp the fundamental of shounen mystic source of superpower, you get yourself best technique. Traditionally, powerful basic technique like this raise you up after defeats against sub-boss level opponents and drive you to glorious win against final boss (for a certain period of time, until you have to try harder to try hard.)
