What about her little coughing episode that worried even Ee to the point of distraction? Little soon to say they wouldn't be able to stall her out.

All they need to do is aim for the head. Her brain could grow back(probably, makes no sense but meh) but her memories most defenetly would not. But i have to say that Tsunade moving her legs when she had those crep practically cutting her in half (severed spinal column) made no bloody sense.

Aim for the head and its 1 shoot 1 kill(well not actualy kill but she would defenetly be out), they just need that 1 shoot. They where able to trick Zabuza to some level. I think they can do it.
