Chachazero and Sayo are present in person. The kitty weapon is sitting in what I guess is a wok, which I suspect is Satsuki's artifact. The wrenches would be for Satomi; maybe she borrowed some of them from Skuld while visiting the Ah! Megami-sama parallel with Chao. The Indian clubs would be something Makie would use, but I thought it was established her artifact was a wand with a ribbon. The smaller sword and the throwing knife I can't place at all. And what is that thing that looks suspiciously like the mouthpiece for a water pipe? I thought Mahora Academy was a tobacco-free zone except for Takahata-sensei.

The best I can get from Google translate and some of my own headwork on the final text on the lower right on the final page is: "Thank you very much for finding pleasure in reading this story for nine years." And it took me about two hours to be pretty sure this was right.

A tip: hontō ni (本当に)means "really" or sometimes "very", but hantō ni ( 半島に) means "on the peninsula." I misread the furigani and didn't catch that the kanji were wrong for all that time--and it is one of the few words in kanji I can sight-read. Curse you, blurry scan of tiny text!

And I also failed to pick out arigatō (ありがとう), compounding the mistake by mis-typing one of its hiragana. The best Google could make of it was "coagulate party."

So it pays to proofread. The self-respect you save will be your own.

Actually, frosty if these things eliminate the girls a new post on astronerdboy starches pretty much the rest of the white wings including Ku, chu, and eva, so it would seem that we are left with Anya or Fate if these things eliminate them, until I see full transs of Yue/Nodoka panel I bank on misinterpretation

I think in the end, the one the author chose to partner Negi with is Makie.
If you read the description on Yue, it says they (Yue and Nodoka) both had their first love shattered -- meaning that they already know who Negi chose.
Since Makie is still calling Nagi "father", it would be safe to assume Negi chose Makie.
Or am I reading too much into this?

Well, having read the final chapter, I'm only moderately furious now.

While the ending was still REALLY rushed, and I'm very upset Ken wouldn't just pick a girl for Negi (none of this LEAVE IT TO THE READER bullshit, thats taking the easy way out), at least he wouldn't leave us hanging about Nagi-san.

So he's slightly forgiven. Slightly. And in my world, Negi picked Anya, because she wasn't there and he obviously didn't pick any of the rest of them.

Still, come on Ken. YOU COULD HAVE DONE SO MUCH BETTER! The ending was way, way, way, way too rushed.

Your point is actually good but the thing is it also leaves questions in the air like Why her? What reasons would make him want her more than the others no hint in all manga was made for her before, this end was total bs to me :/

Possibly but in some cases if she liked him enough and wanted to "get ahead" normally you would call their parent's mother or father as if they were your own out of respect. But maybe I'm wrong, but I think that's what they show in a lot of mangas and animes dramas etc.

He HAD to end this early out of a disagreement with his previous company or so I heard also he does have a family that he rarely gets to spend time with. It's understandable that he wants to spend time with his family and also he did mention of a possible sequel or a new story but in all honesty for a rushed ending it could have been A LOT worse so let's just say we're thankful for an ending at all I mean he could have just cancelled the manga straight up but he decided to end it anyway and in that perspective he does have respect for his fans and gave them a decent ending instead of none at all.
