Looks like it's official since there's the official One Piece anime logo on it. But the characters and name spellings look like from some doujinshi fanart publication.

I don't like the poses, and Alvida's proporions look off, too.

Why are they even using points after the last names like "Nico. Robin" or "Nefeltari. Vivi". They used the TS Nami for the cover, but the old one for a month, not even the new Robin... even if it's official, it got the same weird feeling as many other "anime related products", not drawn by Oda.

Counterfeiters obviously would put the original logo on it too, as everything OP related should be licensed by the production company, Shueisha or some other subsidiary.
