Yep, Shalwar Qameez is the national dress. Most of the mothers are passionate about hagra / gharara for their little girls. Or you can see teens & women wearing it on wedding ceremonies, even if its not theirs

Oh, Detective Conan is a dinosaur. In my brain I imagine Gosho egging Rumiko Takahashi on to keep extending Inuyasha, because he was dragging the plot along himself. Still, I have a weakness for murder mysteries....and can you believe it? I really like the artwork.

And it wasn't about power or whatnot, and Oga actually had a challenge.

Its ok, I am 110% Punjabi, and I barely can speak Urdu. My mom blames it on my dad for speaking too much English.

Its a great series. I almost prefer it to Emma, because Mori brings to life a culture that I think a lot of people tend to overlook. I'm not from that culture myself, but there are a lot of things that resonate with how the Arab nomads used to live before modernisation. Scratch that, Otoyomegatari is plain FANTASTIC!

Wait, Oga's fight with Toujou was totally all about power. Because at that point in time, Beel was drawn to Toujou's power over Oga's.

I made a vow that I'd stop reading Detective Conan when it passed 1000 chapters, but I don't know if I'll keep it. Yeah, the art does get weird at times, but I just love the retro, almost Archie Comic style. *shrugs*
