Kinkaku and Ginkaku - released by edo tensei?

With the release of Edo Tensei these past 3 weeks (3 weeks to release a single technique, oh kishi), do you think the pot Tobi has still contains Kinkaku and Ginkaku?

Well, I kinda doubt that Tobi wouldn't summon the

Juubi

if he knew they weren't there. I'm guessing that the gourd and Amber Pot prevents them from dispelling.

Interesting question. I think they are still there, or at least the chakra Tobi collected from them. He does know, that ET was cancelled, so I doubt he would like to look a loser by not being able to bring out the full form. So far Tobi seems to have a plan, and even being able to react quite quickly. So I do believe, the chakra he has collected is still there. The bodies of the two is not of importance, as we have seen with Gaara. As his Biju-chakra was extracted, his body was useless like trash.

Obviously they're still sealed, Tobi of all people would have realized what had happened and wouldn't have bothered if it wasn't going to work. And the Gedo Statue opened all nine of its eyes.

Kinkaku is sealed in the Amber Pot. Ginkaku, Atsui and Samui are sealed in the Benihisago.

I don't think this should be a big discussion because they(kinkaku,ginkaku) were sealed in two of the 5 treasured tools of the sage of six paths..
they weren't regular tools, the were tools of the god that created niinjutsu himself and was the host of the juubi..

Where they are right now doesn't matter. Tobi doesn't need them, he needs the Kyuubi's chakra that they have. The statue's 9 eyes opened, so he obviously got what he needed from them. Whether their bodies are still in the pot and the sword or not doesn't matter.

the middle eye is probably for the 9th bijuu cuz its anime law that the strongest should be in the middle =D
