Oooh some magnificent panels of Seira drawing her scythe and her last attack. I got everything I hoped for from this fight ^^

Lots of dialogue, I wonder what Rai is saying.

Franky's having fun, it's never a good sign. The Elder is thinking "I came here to look menacing and bully some people and suddenly I'm in deep shit"

Franky and Seira were quite impressive.

Naver.com from OMF posted this as a quick summary:

Rai senses the aura of "Roctis", one of the betrayers, from the 12 elder. Seira destroys the spiky hair with her SW. Franken releases his power to interrogate the elder about the aura

The two Korean agents are shocked since they thought Seira and Rai was just a regular student at the school. (I love how they couldn't recognize Regis) Furthermore they are surprised by the fact that the principal as well was one with special powers. Rai then mentions that "I can't understand it. Although it may be small, I can feel Roctis' energy from him". Rocits appears to be one of the Nobles that went up against the previous emperor. The baddy girl then complains asking who are these guys, another of Comrbell's products? She then says Crombell is one annoying fellow making so much creations.

Afterwards we have this sweet little moment where Regis asks Seira if she was able to escort "them" back home. He says they probably wanted to have some snacks and play games again... He goes onto say that "Since it appears we won't be having any of your cooking tonight", they must have been complaining a lot. (it really was sad/epic how Regis said this lol)

Seira then says she'll leave Regis to M21. The baddy asks "What, who's this bitch? She seems like she cares way too much about her outward appearance. Oook (the sound you make when you barf), I feel like I'm gonna puke. The attractive face you have there, I'll make sure to ruin it." Seira replies then she doesn't care about her outward appearance...

We then see the elder worried about Rai/Franky since they seem to be on a totally different level. The Elder tells the girl "Stop stalling time and take care of them", which to that she replies saying "Sure, how can I not listen to the Elder?" By this Frank is taken aback, she then approaches Rai and Frank. Frank tells Rai to "Calm down, sir. Master cannot use his powers now."

Seira says she'll take care of her, and by this the other girl gets real pissed. They fight and the the Taies (however it was translated) fights Seira. The other two Cerberus members are shocked by Seria's strength. Seira then pulls out her soul weapon and Taies makes fun of it. Saying that using a large scythe won't help you at all. The Elder and the Cerberus members laugh at how Seira seems to hold a scythe as well.

Taies brags about her death scythe and tells Seira her's is better. By this Seira replies "I don't care about your death scythe" (<-like a boss). Then the fight ensues and bam; Seira owns her. By this the Elder is pissed off and tells Rodin to make sure Frank/Rai do not get away. Franky tells Rai to stay down and let him take care of everything. Rai agrees and releases Franky's seal and now Franky has officially become O/P.

As soon as Rai releases the seal Franky says "Yes Master" and goes beast on the bad guys. All the characters are surprised by the presence of the new power. They feel "weird" and have "chills", best described as evil. Frank tells Seira he will take care of the rest. He mocks the Elder by asking him, why do you use your underlings when you can battle yourself? Of course good ol' Rodin can't stand the mocking of his Elder and attacks Frank, but gets impaled by what looks like 5 dark spearish things.

The Elder then yells for "Rodin!!!" and goes onto say "You arrogant bastard...." Frank then replies "Ohhh, arrogant? You would call me that?"

At this Rai just lets out a big sigh...

One of these days, I will cry with shear joy and excitement....ffs I love Noblesse. I confess, I am never as excited or pumped up reading any series ever. I am tired of saying "this chapter was awesome" but I will never stop saying that.

What I get so far:

1). One or even more of the traitors Nobles had involvement with the Union. Rai said,"Strange, It is faint, But from him I can feel the aura of Roctics". Roctics should be one of the traitor clan leaders. Could it be the Elder had been modified with Roctics blood, dna, or whatever. What interests me is, was it voluntarily or was he forced? I tend to believe it was with his own accord.

2). The death scythe Taze holds is a fake. An attempt to replicate the original Death Scythe. Once again, it means involvement of traitor clan leaders.

Seira was impressive. I enjoyed seeing Taze in such a bad condition just after one hit. The gap between Regis and Seira is pretty large. He is young, he will improve certainly. He already has shown decent growth.

And comes the panel "I Release the Seal that binds your power" ----> a menacing Franky just made my day, or even the week . Rodin turned out to be a Rodent in front of Farnky...take that Cerberus biatches . I will continue when I am sobered up ^^;

This chapter was pretty awesome! Damn when franky gets his seal released he is an intimidating dude. Even our little KSA agents are shitting themselves lol. My guess is like some other peoples, Elder somehow stole power from the clan leader. This is the only thing i can think of, seeing as this season honestly seemed too easy. Cereberus turned out to be a lame duck, franky hasn't even had his hands coated in power which is standard for him when he uses those black/purple lance things.

Aura of a traitor clan leader coming from one of the elders; having the same name as one of the clan leader's soul weapon...don't you think its too much of merely a coincidence.
